WORST WORST WORST. They are such an irresponsible team. They never pick our calls. All they want is some photos for their social media. WHEN WE POINTED OUT THAT A LOT OF THINGS WERE MISSING FROM ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS THE DIRECTOR OR MANAGER WHO OWNS THE COMPANY NAMED EMLIN SAID TO ME "WE WILL CAPTURE ONLY WHAT WE LIKE else YOU COULD HAVE GONE FOR A LOCAL TEAM". How DARE THEY? We are paying such high amounts and how dare they say they will only capture what they like. We found that they were even sending local photographers for our events and the quality of video and edits were extremely poor which was also called out but they ignored it because before they deliver the album and videos they made us pay the full amount. The drone that they charged at a high cost, up to 9 hours said in agreement and they did not deliver any good shorts from the drone. Now that the money is fully paid they don't pick our calls. I will never make this mistake of choosing them for anything ever.
