Expedited Passports And Visas

I used this company and received my passport as promised. However... about a week later I got another Fed Ex envelope from them. It contained a passport and original birth certificate of someone else! If I were not a good person, I could have ruined this poor guy's life. Stealing his identity or selling his information. You name it. When I contacted Expedited Passport, they asked if I could ship this guy's stuff to him. They didn't give any explanation and didn't seem that concerned. They emailed a shipping label to me. I responded to the email stating how upset I was and worried that my personal information could have been compromised. The response I got was basically that there was a "mix up" in their shipping Dept and it was an isolated incident. I'm not so sure.

BEWARE! This place is a sham and not legally operated thru the department of state. You will not receive your passport in the promised timeframe that you pay too much for. They are ignorant, rude, and don't give a sh$t about your needs once money has changed hands. There is no manager or higher up to get help from and if you ask you are told they will contact you in 24hrs….Don't hold your breath! No stars was not an option so I had to give them one to shove up their as$

Very rude and arrogant man Vince is. He is a one man show his team is his so called girlfriend. He lies and has a bad attuned. Promised a refund however he as failed to do it. He not with a penny of any one's money. He thinks he god so gift to the world. He says horrible things to do and talk down like to you like you are a child. Says all agency expect him are out to get you and donot know what they are doing. Just donot give this dude your money - he does no work but steals your money from you.
