Seriously this website was easy to use with all assistance where variety-based overall services were great which I have used but its graphics was not much better. They have efficient favors so I am satisfied with it 9/10.

After purchasing what was advertised as a 18 karat gold necklace, neglected to post that it was rose gold and not yellow gold nor white gold. I never wear Rose gold and would never have paid over $400 for it. The supervisor then suggested that they have deleted the description of the gold moving forward. Perhaps they should have posted that on their website. I believe this is probably bait and switch. I'm not happy the supervisor was neither helpful nor kind. I would never buy anything from them again and I am a very educated consumer. Beware! This is not a well-run company especially if they're telling me they change policy and no longer tell you whether it's white gold rose gold or yellow gold. Don't you think that's peyton's which I surely do!

Hmmmm... Why is the expensive items I buy for a bargain from EVERYTHING BUT THE HOUSE are always broken in shipment? Has this happened to anyone else? Think about it, WHO FILES THE INSURANCE FOR THE LOSS? EBTH does! If they don't make enough money on the sale, I suppose (not accusing and have no proof) they could file an insurance claim through the shipper for an amount higher than the sales price. It would be convenient to give the person selling the item the lower price it sold for and then collect a higher price it was insured for? Just think about it - who audits this type of company? Probably no one!
