Evermore Pet Food

I love the ingredients in this food and feel incredibly comfortable feeding it to my dog with a liver mass and elevated liver levels. He is doing wonderfully! I'm happy to report that the company has improved their packaging/delivery techniques (as complained about in the previous review). My food always arrives with dry ice and still frozen (in florida none-the-less!). We did have a problem with 2 packages leaking once thawed, but they took care of that with a prompt refund. 5 stars for Evermore.

HAD SAMPLES SHIPPED TO ME IN DALLAS, TEXAS. Samples were shipped cheapest way 3-4 days in cardboard box (made of the thinnest cardboard)when arrived both times completely defrosted and warm to the touch weather 80 plus degrees. Company would not agree to changing packaging said it met standards. Nor did they offer a refund of my $30 plus. This food could not be eaten safely for the dog. Packaging obviously was not up to standard. Refund was received 5/16/2019.

Learned my lesson. Know whom you are doing business with.
