This was my first time to this website and I have to say I was blown away. I ordered an engraved wooden heart for my husband on our anniversary. He LOVED it! It came a day before it was supposed to and it was exactly the way I ordered it. I will definitely come back and order from this website again!

So bummed! After buying something from them and already anticipating it, after a week or so, they've cancelled my order because according to them,... the item that they've posted in their site is no longer available.
HUH? How can it not be available any longer when they've allowed me to buy it in the first place? And it's my first order from them too. I'm so frustrated and I thought I got a really good deal! Think this site is a SCAM!
I wish I saw this site first prior to buying from etctrade.com. It should have warned me to stay away from this site. :(
