I bought two rugs from this company and they quickly faded. I contacted them 10 months after the purchase and they refused to do anything about the fading except offer me 15 percent off new rugs. Their response was so generic it was frustrating. They said the rugs are EXPECTED to fade because they are polyester and synthetic…what? BEWARE!

This is a scam site. After I made my purchase online, I received an email saying my rug had been ship - estimated delivery was in 6 days.
I started doing tracking on the listed delivery day. The rug had not even been sent to FedEx.
Have been on hold with customer service for over half hour after being told they can't cancel the order because there is a tracking number - regardless of the fact that several days past listed delivery date, the rug has not been shipped. Opening complaint with my credit card company.

I've ordered four hand-knotted Persian rugs from them over the past 8 years, and I love every one of them. I'd order more if I had a bigger place. When you're buying a used rug on-line, you're taking a chance that the colors might not look the same as on the monitor, or the condition might not match the description. The thing is, though people, that you'll be buying a unique work of art that represents months of careful labor. I don't know how anyone could be disappointed with that.

I have them in 2 Florida waterside condos and think these rugs are great. They are easy to clean, look really good and have help up really well. Shipping was timely. Pic below is on the balcony. Also have them inside!

I purchased one of their rugs just a few weeks ago, at the end of September. The rug is already starting to unravel in 11 places. I reached out to their customer service center and was connected to * via email. I sent photos confirming the condition of the rug. For the past 2 weeks, we have been going back and forth. At this point, it does not seem that they are going to take care of the damaged rug. I have requested a full refund. They have yet to confirm that they will refund my money. They offered a $90 discount for a new rug, which is RIDICULOUS, as I now know how crappy their rugs are and do not want one from them period. I have asked for confirmation of a FULL refund and I have requested that they have a shipping company pick up and package the rug. They continue to offer a replacement, which of course I do not want, and refuse to give me a refund for a faulty product. I cannot stress enough how terrible this company has been to work with. I paid $684 for a rug that was unravelling upon delivery.

This 4x6 rug is perfect for my desk space. I love the quality, how vibrant the color is, and how comfy it feels when I walk on it barefooted. The rug is of good quality, is well made, it just looks beautiful in the space, and it came with an incredible price!
I will recommend eSaleRugs to anyone! Not only the rug is great, and the price is great, but the customer service is superb! I had the pleasure to speak to three of their representatives to ask questions and all three were nice, helpful, and very professional. I will definitely buy from them again!

I was very skeptical about ordering rugs online. I read the reviews and they were positive so I said why not. Best decision I made…. The rugs match perfect with my decor. The color is exactly what I wanted (khaki) The rugs are soft and I haven't had any shedding. I got a lot of compliments on them and was asked where did I get them. The prices were good and the delivery was fast. I would definitely recommend.

YES, I made a boo boo. However, thanks to Brooke, the ESaleRugs Customer Service Specialist, she brought it to my attention and together we resolved the issue. It is certainly a pleasure to do (and I will continue to do) business with a reputable company.

I have ordered so far 4 rugs from eSale Rugs and I am highly satisfied. Not only are the rugs totally what they look like, the quality is superb and the customer service is the best I have experienced. If I could give them more stars I would love to do so. I ordered a rug pad and rec. It within days. Packaged in a heavy duty box. The pad is a nice felt. It was not returnable so I ordered another because I ordered a different shaped rug. Then I realized I could cut the felt pad I already rec. And wouldn't need the 2nd order. I sent an email to customer service but they had already sent the 2nd rug pad which could not be returned. The next day they sent me an email and said keep the pad when it comes and they will give me a full refund too. Awesome! Will continue to purchase from eSalerugs. Their rugs are beautiful, of good quality, and there are so many to choose from.

If you want a good selection of rugs at discount prices, this is a great source. You know exactly what you are getting as they give you details on the weave, pile height, materials, etc. and provide detailed picture. They do carry very high end silk and silk/wool rugs, but I haven't purchased any of those... outside my budget. They also have flat woven (dhurrie-style). When they say you will receive your rug in 48 hours, they mean it. Shipping is free, too.

They say they have 25k rugs to choose from; needless to say, I didn't count. I can say that the selection was terrific, I was looking for a Persian style and found more than I was looking for. The carpet I found was marked Shiraz-Lori but was actually a very, very unusual design, similar to the Morrocan style abstract patterned type. For the price I paid, I thought it was a bargain. They show lots of pictures of each carpet advertised and the shipping was very efficient and free. The carpet that arrived looked exactly like the one pictured on their site. One caution: I have great doubt about the validity of the 60% price reduction advertised.

I'm supposing esale Rugs has great quality rugs; but I am not searching for high end. I've purchased several lower end oriental style area rugs from them over the years and I have always been pleased with my rugs. Each description of a rug on the website has numerous pictures of the rug from different angles--very helpful for online shopping. The description lists all of the colors in a rug, not just the main colors. And their shipping is fast and at no additional cost. This is a great place to buy rugs.
