Horrible hotel period
December 2, 2021
We've stayed at many embassy suites over the last years and usually very satisfied overall. But this particular hotel in Phoenix airport area was horrid. The hotel is very run down and the service was horrible as well DO NOT book here. High priced. No restaurant no bar as stated in description
