Ditto to the comments about poor quality of Elie Tahari garments. Unimaginable is anyone paying such ridiculously high, full prices for any of their garments. Made in China. Final Sale price is barely reasonable. I'm so disappointed, having purchased a coat which looks fantastic on their model and which fits perfectly but is, proportionately, poorly constructed and of poor quality all around. Elie Tahari exudes a level of quality which is, nicely put, misleading. Purchased by Bluestar Alliance in 2018, that explains just about everything...

They shipped the wrong coat and I am trying to return it and get the correct coat. Emailed customer service 5 times, left a message on their customer service line, called their store, NOTHING! No response whatsoever! It has been 9 days. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer their customer support line, and their chat function does not work. No one is there to help you. Never had this kind of experience before. What is going on?
They finally contacted me, sent a return label, and offered me a refund. Also offered to assist with shipping of new coat. Since I purchased correct coat through Amazon in the meantime, I chose refund. Now we wait for the refund.

I thought I was buying a decent quality packable hat at a cheap price - $17. Didn't realize I would be charged nearly an additional $17 to ship this very light weight item. AND, it's too big and not returnable.

I bought a beautiful white silk blouse in the Aventura mall.After I wore it one time there were loose strings that were pulling all over the shirt.
I brought it back to the store in New Jersey and was shocked They refused to give me the money back or to exchange the blouse.
Customer service did not reply to my email.
This is bad service and poor quality!
I will never buy an Eli Tahari again!

The Worst Customer Service
January 27, 2023

Despite the contact information they have available online, no one returns phone calls nor emails. There is no recourse for customers who need personal help with an order. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing for a high end, well known and expensive brand. I will never shop here again.

Positive experience... Different from Touch of Modern sham company - Tahari sent the product I ordered! Touch of Modern sent wrong item and then refused refund. A pleasure dealing with Tahari.
