I had items in my cart and decided to register on the site. After entering my information, I was prompted to confirm my email address by responding to an email they sent to me. Once I hit confirmed, I received a order confirmation for an item I did not even have in my cart. I was charged for it and told it was being shipped.
I had not entered any billing information on the site. Still unsure if the send and bill you bc I do not see the transaction in my bank/payment accounts, but the receipt payment status is "paid".
I reached out by email, (text & phone) and provided the order number that was on my receipt ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT IS NOT A VALIED NUMBER FOR THEM.

Fortunately, I have had all positive experiences with ElevateStyles. They ship fast, and keep up with the latest wig trends. My only con is that they sell out quickly, and sometimes take a long time to restock even pre-pandemic. Other than that, I love them. I have never had any issues with them unlike other competing companies.
I want to be very clear about this company's response to my review. The item they sent me was defective again and they ignored message about this while replying to this review. I NEVER got a refund.
I've had issues with previous orders, when they send you something defective you don't get a refund if it was taken out of the packaging... likely to be resold. This time I ordered a hair trimmer, it doesn't work and they ignore my emails about an exchange. It's bad enough I have to wait so long for my order be processed and wait weeks to received my parcel. This is unprofessional, you don't take people's money and ignore them when the items you sent are defective.
I notice my review was not posted on their site, an immediate red flag. Although the email will not allow me to select a star rating, it's 1.The wig I received was matted, and of poor quality. However, Elevate Styles requires the consumer pay restocking fee and postage to return a poor quality product.
I called their customer service line twice. No one answered either time. I left a message both times and as of yet have never received a phone call. The return window closed and now I'm the owner of a poor quality product not fit to wear.
I do not purchase wigs for fun. I have alopecia and the lack of service, insensitivity, and return policy regarding even poor quality products severs my relationship with this company and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am also forwarding this review to the National Alopecia Areata Foundation and thousands of members. Please keep the 10% off coupon for writing a review.

Great customer service, fast shipping and great products i would absolutely recommend this site 10/10. I'm not an employee nor do I have any affiliation with this company. I have been a long time customer and I've never had an issue and if I did it was immediately resolved.
Once i ordered a wig from ElevateStyles and it got delivered too fast. Quality was great and i was happy with the product. Reasonable prices. Staff is helpful and kind. Great selection of wig to choose from. It fitted perfect for my hair. Happy customer.
Was never sent my wigs. Sent emails and phone the company, left messages as well and still NO RESPONSE. This the most unprofessional mess I have ever can across. I will never do business with them again.

Shipping took longer than expected. It took 4 days even though I live 3 hours away. Customer service sucked. When I received my package, I was missing an item. It's been 1 week, i sent out two emails, and no response. Won't be ordering from them again

Answer: Hello Shay, When you receive your order make sure that you try the wig on with a wig cap and leave the tags and lace on it. Also make sure you know how to put the wig back with all the same packing materials that way you can return it if you don't like it. There are wig shampoos and wig conditioners out there that can help to maintain the wigs longevity. Happy shopping!
