Element Bistro is the perfect storm in Dining out!

Thank you Eric Lee for bringing Element Bistro to Boulder County! The food divine, wait staff attentive knowledgeable and helpful in making selections, the surroundings very relaxing and delightful to dine in! Not to mention the fantastic views of the Boulder Mountains. I give you five stars and a high five for introducing a truly awesome dining experience to the Public. And a menu that has something for everyone!
