I ordered, there were some hiccups, probably my computer, although the download did happen. During the hiccups I saw Microsoft will deactivate unlicensed products. I asked for a refund but no confirmation. Asked again and sent screen clip of their guarantee logo. Also reported to Microsoft. Now have notification from PayPal of refund but no word from the company in response to my query about licensing.
I suspect the "Too good to be true" adage is all too true here. I wouldn't want an illegal product which might be deactivated anyway.
No idea where they're based.

Ordered MS Office… amazing price, received confirmation email right away but no key. Supposed to be instant. Waited an hour, emailed, tried to phone but no response. Fortunately paid via paypal so cancelled the whole order again. I am sure they are fine if you're not in a hurry but the advertisement as an instant service simply isn't true. I thoroughly recommend payment via paypal just in case as it seems this business is tricky to get through to.

One very satisified customer
Like some other reviewers, I was a bit skeptical about buying a copy of MS Office 2021 Professional Plus for less than £20 but I thought it was worth a try. The website said I would received a download link and activation code "instantly". Needless to say, I was concerned when this didn't happen "instantly" but hoped that these things would be sent during their opening hours (Mon- Fri 10:00-18:00 Pacific Standard Time (!), the next day. The information was sent but ended up in my "Junk" folder (don't forget to check yours!) and when I followed their instructions the program was downloaded, installed and activated effortlessly. What more could you ask for? A great buy.

Everything was simple and easy to install and use.Much appreciated. Thank you very much for your support and quick reply from customer service support team to get my product code to install the software.

I would advise people not to use this service.
I requested a refund before using the product I bought as I have a change of heart.
I contacted their customer service and only heard from them once. They never followed up, they have not responded to any of my other messages, there is no legitimate number to call and I never received the refund as promised.
They are not reputable and I have been cheated. I am very upset and I hope I can prevent others from being left frustrated too!

I have used Electronics e-Shop several times in the past and as usual the service has been excellent with the software I needed at a very competitive price.

I needed to replace my trusty old Office 2007 with a new Office 2019 for my new PC. Huge variety of prices on Google and this was about the cheapest. So I am wary since cheap means bad. Wrong. Excellent product easy to install once I had given my CC details. Works perfectly exactly as it says on the tin.

I was taking chances on this, seemed too good to be true plus I got an extra 10% off at the checkout! Paid my dues and with a very short time I got an email with instructions and in no time at all I had installed the software and the key software and was up and running. My old Office11 Mac for which I had paid full price had been made redundant by mac updates. I could not afford to buy a new one until I found Electronix-e-shop. Now before I buy any more software I now know where to look.
