I signed up to test out fax services from Australia to the US and unfortunately found the user experience to be very lacking. I then on the same day attempted to cancel and understood I had done so. So two months later I am still getting a monthly charge and the required log-in screens to cancel don't work. I have lodged a dispute with the bank of the credit card I used, and will have to do it again. No customer service feedback -- resulting in a very frustrating experience. Avoid this service at all costs!
Really helpful customer service agent Paul in Dublin, answered phone immediately, friendly and knowledgeable solved my problem for me and arranged refund as requested.

I highly recommend the service provided by Efax :) faxes are received into our email inbox and printed on our printer, there is no need for an actual fax machine! I'd like to mention Eve D in particular who is always so lovely and has provided me with excellent customer service on more than one occasion :)
Efax is easy to use and their customer service has been great. I only gave it 4 stars bc in my case it's not 100% replacement for needing to send faxes from a traditional service, but eFax has cut the need for me to go to someone else for international faxing by about 80%. (for reasons like the size limitations on documents, which may have a reason but I didn't see it) but that's worth it for the price. Extra shout out to their customer service, which was always quick, friendly and super helpful.
First thing to say is that the system worked well and smoothly for my purposes -
Sending a fax to arrange a financial transfer with my bank. On top of that, the contacts I had with the customer service team (particularly Stefan) were handled politely and efficiently, but also with a very human touch. It made a nice change to be talking naturally to someone rather than interacting with a script.
