They do not show up. No call backs. You are better off doing yourself and not waiting for them. Called thursday morning from snowfall on Wednesday. It is Sunday and we are snowed in

I have use Eden grass cutting service 3 times in past 2 years. First time it was perfect. That was in 2022. In Aug 2023, I placed an job oder to cut grass in Barrie, I waited for 3 weeks, no one picked up the job. The problem is that after you placed your order, there is no option to you cancel the job, and they don't have a phone number you can call. They have a support line, but that is 3rd party support call center, they can take a message for you only, and most of the time they don't anser the phone call. This means even they don't have a person can finish your job, you still cannot cancel it. For 2nd job order, the support line took more than 1 wee to cancel the jobe. I placed the job order in beginning of Aug, and job cancelled in September. On September 10th, I placed another job order for a property in North York, I thought this should be easy to find a worker. But I was wrong. Since job placed, they keep tying to charge the money wihout the job completed. And finallly, they cut the grass twice, and charge me twice. They actually tried to charge 4 times.
So according to my expreience, don't even bother to think to use their servce. It's a headach.

If you are looking for a cool APP, a descent price, poor communication, a butchered garden and inadequate follow up…then THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU!
I contacted EDENAPP, in particular Meghan Honacki (Customer Success Manager) for Fall Clean up to be done at my Mom's house. She is 96 years old and has taken pride in her gardens. Due to her health, the gardens were professionally landscaped two years ago.
Meghan was slow to respond and provided limited details – although I was told Fall Clean up was booked out in November. I booked through the app and specified the contractor to contact me prior to the work being done.
The very next day – September 30th – Irving Palacios arrived at the property. His text stated – job started. The next text stated job completed. By the time I arrived at the property, he had decimated the gardens with a WEED WHACKER. I doubt this "contractor" had any idea which plants needed the appropriate pruning.
Two days later, another contractor from EDEN contacted me, and I indicated the job was done and rather poorly at that. He had been sent my job AGAIN! Upon contacting Meghan Honacki, she was confused. I allowed a week to pass for a follow up response from Meghan regarding duplication. More importantly I requested an explanation for the poor service/timing and destruction of the garden.
NO RESPONSE. Customer service is non-existent with this company. Use EDEN at your own risk.

Snow removal- worst decision ever! Was quoted one price and every plow was double if not more. Customer service is non existent. The mailbox is full, you can't leave a message and no response from the "contact us" on the website. 30+ minutes on hold for days with no luck at all. Last plow was $259.00 for a residential property and it was never done. We got stuck in the driveway that very day. We have now turned to our credit card company and the BBB.

I'm a landscape contractor that did some work for Eden. I was quick to learn that Eden is unprofessional not only to customers but also landscape contractors. Never a response! Only when they need your help otherwise is a ghost town. Didn't get paid for jobs I completed as they were approved by customers and then payments taken out of my accounts without any notice as to why. Stay far away as they will never return emails or calls if you have issues. Clients would always tell me that you can never get a hold of anyone there. Horrible customer service and communication!

So let me give yall the scoop! Eden Sub-Cons out everything. They require you to have liability insurance as a sub con which is understandable, BUT! Keep Reading.
When we referred multiple previous clients to them we heard horror stories. Through those conversations we got information stating that our previous clients were being charged $80+ for services that us sub cons use to get $37.50-$47.50. Usually the lower end. So with eden taking 50+% of the profits, and contractors needing to have almost unaffordable insurance. Do you think the service providers ( not eden the sub cons) are going to bend over and come right away for $40?
Nope they are out doing their commercial sites and residential contracts first. Eden is just extra cash.
And when Eden asks the contractor to essentially drop everything they are doing and skip the contractors commercial sites to go do driveways for $40, that pisses off the contractor.
The owner of Eden also hows his own multi million dollar landscaping company called Aden Earth Works. ( Check it out its not hard to figure out.) Eden is a side business for the owner.
I will admit it seemed great for us at first, but in the end it hindered our business and we lost out on other opportunities.

First experience with Edenapp was great. Signed up for seasonal snow removal. Price was considerably less than others- you get what you pay for. 24 hours plus and still waiting- nearly half a dozen attempts at contacting and I got a minimal response. Thinking the hassle and poor service isn't worth the great price.

I have a beautiful lawn in the backyard. It's so huge and it so lazy for me to mow it. I decided to outsource this task mainly because I thought that I would better pay some money for this task rather than would spend my time on it. I faced this service which offers lawn mowers. I contacted them and ordered a lawn mower. We communicated a lot I described all the details concerning mowing, because there are flowers which shouldn't be mowed. So, he mowed my lawn within couple of hours and basically everything was okay. Guess that I would apply here once again in future, because I liked the final result.

UPDATED: The company returned my money after I called in and left a message with their answering service. We ended up doing the work ourselves, but overall this experience cost me a lot of time and headache.

Their app is useless. It is supposed to facilitate communication between you, Eden, and the contractor, but there are no clear updates, no responses, and... no service!
The guy showed up after 7 days, took pictures of the sidewalk that the city had plowed, and, drove off without actually touching the property.
The messaging that I had sent on the app and the photos he sent disappeared after they were viewed.

I run a professional management company. We needed snow removal for our buildings in Chicago. Eden appeared professional and experienced. The whole operation turned out to be a poorly-run sham operation.

During the first snowfall, the majority of our contracted properties were not plowed; in fact, only one of 18 properties was plowed on time. Of the remaining 17 properties, Eden was only able to service seven and I was left to find alternative services for the remaining 10 properties. Eden failed to plow three of the seven properties they had "scheduled" within 3 days of the snowfall. At no time did anyone from Eden contact me with updates; I repeatedly reached out to them.

At the end of the day, I had to scramble to find alternative services for 13 of 18 contracted properties. Over 200 residents were affected by their negligence. When asked why my properties were not serviced Jared glibly told me they didn't have contractors lined up. As it turns out, Eden does not do ANY work themselves and has NO contracts in place for their services. They cannot control the timing or the quality of the work they perform. For something as important as snow removal in Chicago, that is simply unacceptable.

Contractor accepted my list and message me he was on his way, and then on my property.

I had messaged him not to come, that I I UK ld not be home. I had no way of accepting/declining the contractor or seeing his ratings.

Excellent Job! We are very pleased that Eden have serviced our lawn and put us in a safer position. Satisfied!
