They are complete Liars and cheaters for the moment, hope I will be mistaken
I bought a paper for 38$ where they wrote that it is a 141 pages with a very interesting English abstract
The link of the paper they sent was of 44 pages totally written in Chinese
As for the customer service, they have the worst customer service ever, you have to send more then 5 emails in order to get a reply
I hope that they will provide me with a second link so they can make it up a little bit
