At first, I was a little concerned that this company would not be able to provide the personal service I needed. I was pleasantly surprised; they did a wonderful job answering all my questions and books. The monthly reports are fantastic!

Great team, it is a little bit more expensive than my previous accountants, but the books are very organized, and very thorough. I am quite involved in my books, and these are the cleanest ones I've had in a while.

Working with Ecombalance has been a breath of fresh air. They have put in considerable amount of effort to making sure my books are dialed in and have communicated with me along every step of the process. I also really appreciated the team call we had once my books were complete. They really make sure that everything is accurate and that you, as the business owner, understand every detail of the books. The team at EcomBal is detailed, thorough, and pleasant to work with. Onboarding accounting time consuming and challenging, and requires A LOT of communication. It is the most difficult step in the process. The folks at EcomBalance were thorough and transparent with challenges in setup, and take to the time to explain accounting nuances that I don't understand so that my monthly reports are actually meaningful to me, and help me direct my small business.

Their specialty is automation, so each month you get consistency and in the long term costs are reduced for everyone. Setting it up is not easy and takes a lot of patience and perseverance. I have been especially impressed with Shelia for her thoroughness and great client services by Zoom.
