Very bad experience in first time itself I'm traveling next month and received wrong booklet and also my parcel instead of reaching to right destination goes to wrong office and i myself had to pickup from that location very very bad services hope to receive correct booklet as soon as possible as i email it shows we are receiving high amount of emails so kindly whatsapp and on whatsapp no reply 1* rating
Don't purchase from these sharks. I purchased it within their opening times and it never arrived.
Poor service and the email response was disgusting. Never received a refund either.
I can't be bothered to pursue a refund as my time is worth more, but seriously don't use them.

John is true to his word, if he says he is going to do something, he means it. I received my soft copy licence very fast and the hard copy was dispatched by UPS very quickly.

I have applied for IDL a month back. It was told that I will receive the hardcopy within 1-2 weeks by post but it's been more than a month now that I didn't receive it. Money is wasted. And I lost my job due this. Totally disappointed.
I ordered more than 6 weeks ago, and have still not received my hardcopy. I asked one week ago for a full softcopy, to get it printed by myself, but even this is not happening. As i'm going for holiday tonight, i have basically nothing to show and have to get a drivers-licence translation in europe itself and spend money and time again.
I cannot recommend this service, better get it directly in the country you're travelling to, or at least spend in express post service. The free service is a scam...

I am an Investigator and needed a IDP, so I applied to this company, I paid their full fee. After I did not hear back from them regarding my status, I started to Investigate. This company is a Fraud and I reported them to the National Trade Commission and to the FBI, as I am an American Citizen. Stay away from this Scam company and save yourself the loss of your money. Report them If you hand Fraudulent dealings with them.

I'm disappointed with the level of service and the extreme delay in delivering the International license contrary to what is stated on your website referring to the speed and fast services, for unknown reasons, I still can't understand why it takes so much time to send the licenses although that I have paid for the DHL/Fast services.
If the Licenses can not be delivered before or by the latest 9th of August, please cancel them and reaccredit the money back into my account. Please escalate this matter to the concerned and provide a reasonable justification. I've contacted DHL Doha, who confirmed that the shipment never left the UK. I have sent several WhatsApp messages with no positive answer except "OK." In answer to my inquiry. Kindly expedite sending IL ASAP, as I'm planning to travel coming Friday, and I need it urgently.
