Absolutely awful customer service. I bought a pair of their boots through Debenhams. I wore them a total of 5 times and then the rubber sole on one boot split completely. Upon contacting them to either get a replacement pair of boots or a refund, I was told I had to post the broken boot to them so they could 'assess whether the item was faulty or not'. And this was after providing them with photos of the boot which clearly showed the extent of the damage. I was then told that unless I went through this totally unnecessary process, they wouldn't offer any kind of compensation. Terrible quality boots clearly and even worse service.
Always have special offers, fast delivery and very cheap compared to other stores. Highly recommended
Excellent customer service, if Robyn was not there I would not have received my refund because borderfree has no respect for his customers.

I purchased an item was on sale for 110 cdn dollars on borderfree dune site. Two weeks later same item was reduced 40 cdn less than originally bought so I sent an email to their customer service. I got a reply within few hours offering me further reduced price adjustment. I m waiting to see a credit of 40 cdn dose on my credit card. I m very happy with their service. Thanks
I simply turned into aware of this service thru Google, and I've found that it has really user friendly interface and really simple to place an order. These guys fom customer support are really nice and helpful. Cheers!
