The product is useless and it going to cost you a fortune. I ordered and within no time the medicine chamber got blocked. Left with no other optio i order the medicine chamber as spare part from Dr. Trust site. Their site had mismatched photos and I ended up having wrong spare part that was for 500 rupees. Their customer service is also horrible. They are not willing to exchange for me with correct one that also costs 1200. The product is waste of money

Your company has sent me many times used machine delivered.third class product compared to other products quality.I ordered in the name of your company. But sent such a useless product. Worst service. Ordered back massager but I got BP monitoring device. It took me 20 days to return since there response through is ver very slow. On call they don't entertain their customers. Worst service they have. Don't order anything from their website. It's almost a month and still not received my product.o
Dr Trust, as the brand name spells out, should have been trustworthy but in actual sense it's not at all customer friendly. I bought Health PAL1 Smartwatch three months ago, it had severe manufacturing defects. After at least a month or so they collected the product with a promise to refund the amount but till date I am doing follow up and sending reminders for getting refund.
And importantly they do not keep any records of pendency on mail rather they insist customers to chat vis WhatsApp so that their inefficiency and non performance is not visible to out side world.
This is just ridiculous...
They prompt to buy the products they don't have. Once payment is done and order placed they keep people hanging. Once the money is used for say 15 days they cancel order one sided.
Purchased a Dr. Physio Leg Massager 1008 which was delivered on 2th Feb. From day one the heating option was not working. Called the "so called" customer care on 27th Feb, which is handled by only one girl named Neha, who insisted to express all concerns on WhatsApp. All instructions were followed to the T. Funnily and foolishly, they wanted me to send a one minute video, operating the machine, by which they will be able to confirm whether he heating function is working or not. Even my 12 year old son was baffled by this and asked me how does one gauge physical change in the temperature through a video.
Now they want me to repack and send the product back to their facility in Mohali for assessment. They very threw in an incentive that the courier expenses will be reimbursed but very smartly slipped in a disclaimer that my claim will NOT be entertained if the product is damaged in courier.
I was ready to resend the product on the condition that they answer my concerns
1. What if the courier company mishandles the product and it gets damaged? Who will be responsible?
2. What if the product is well received and the technician certifies it OK despite it being defective?
This is because no one from their company has checked the actual problem physically to substantiate my claim. They may easily say that it was working fine in our lab when we dispatched it. The customer may not be using it properly which must have caused this problem.
Tired and frustrated with continuous lame excuses by Ms. Neha I insisted to speak to the higher ups. Ms. Neha, like a broken record and as trained, is just harping the same thing. "Sir we can't transfer the call to any team leader." " Sir your matter will be solved only through WhatsApp."
Now this is a heavy product costing almost Rs. *******/- which cannot be couriered like a document. A lot of care and experienced packaging is needed to resend it. God forbid the courier company actually messes up the package I end up loosing the money because the company will totally absolve themselves of the situation.
Now they have started avoiding my calls and send one liner responses asking me to communicate only through WhatsApp.

I purchased a product from them which was never supplied. Their executives failed to check whether it was supplied or not. Then finally they admitted it was sent through bluedart however the tracking code was wrong. Then after waiting for three weeks they gave another number with delhivery which was also wrong. In between I checked their actual reviews and found that they are running a complete sham. They will never repair the product if faulty, and they will not refund the amount as well. Their customer service will always paste same answers on whatsapp. Basically they are frauds. They will delete your comments and block you if they found that you are spreading the truth about them. Please do not buy anything from this fraud company. They have still not refunded the amount after three months of regular calls, messages and emails.
Answer: Better quality and prompt reply is good to hold a customer
