What a Difference!

Stormy is a rescue from Texas that I adopted through the Montana Pittie Project. She has had issues with eating since she came into our home. Her stomach was upset, and her gas could clear the room. It was horrible. We had trouble getting her to eat her kibble. After trying everything to try to get her to eat, I saw a commerical for Dr. Marty's on Newsmax. I decided it was worth a try. What a difference it has made. When I opened the first bag that arrived, she could smell it, came to the kitchen, and waited for me to prepare it. Her gas is all but gone. She will occasionally have some gas, who doesn't! But it no longer gags us. She looks forward to eating. She's more energetic and content.

She loves it!

My boxer is 70 Lbs. I feed her twice in 1/2-1/2 ratio at 6AM and 6PM. I use Nature's Bland as topping in 1/3 ratio of the half. 1 bag of N's Bland last for 1 week, at least the way I use it. She pick N's Bland first than eats the rest. Her breat has definitely improved and she eats less grass too.

My fur babies

Both our cats love the food. Since I started feeding it to them my long hair cat hasn't gotten sick with hair balls. I just ordered the food for my dog who is up in age so we'll see what she thinks. I'm very happy with the food.

I purchased a subscription on 5/6/25 as an internet offer after I was not completely happy with the stool samples that Maggie was having after using Sunday's for Dogs beginning 3/9/25. Maggie's stools have improved, but not completely, and I realized today when I completed the first bag of her subscription that the blend that she was eating was not for a puppy. I was aware that you offered a puppy blend after visiting your site multiple times, but I can not recall if the internet offer even indicated this choice. I completed a new subscription today for the appropriate food, and I am willing to complete a new review once I have tried the appropriate food blend.

Dog food arrived in a shredded form vs kibbles. Add small amount of water and have a dish of mush.
Concerned it may not have been properly prepared.
Called with my concern. Another order sent. It arrived but still not the kibbles we have received for years. Agent would not deal with my issue. Told me to call back, would not transfer me or give me the correct number.
Terrible customer service.
I will no longer recommend Dr Marty. Seems as there is no quality control. In past it has had a funny order.
I am still waiting for a follow up on this recen issue

Never Shipped Order

I placed on order on 3/5 and after 12 days of not receiving my order, I called and was told the items I purchased were out of stock. I was not told this when I ordered or via any other emails or call outs from Dr. Marty. So they took my $324 and sent me nothing. Terrible customer service. I ended up ordering off of Amazon and will now look for a different brand.

Poor Pet Support

I saw on google search 50% off for a new subscriber. I went to the site to do that as a first time purchaser, it didn't show up. I contacted the Pet Support and just got a generic response, when I asked them to answer my specific question, they just "beat around the bush" and told me to contact another area. Basically saying, they had no idea what I was talking about even though I sent them a copy of the google search. They wanted to give me only 15% off. I will get a better deal on Amazon. I will purchase there.

A HEADACHE!

I have enjoyed getting the food for my dog. I have no complaints about the food. But the online ordering and how easy it is to mistakenly set up auto ship-- then how hard it is to stop it. Only to see that they double charged my account. Then they try to keep selling you as you attempt to exit your order. It all gives me a headache. This is my last order from them!

My dog got sick on it

It's terrible. Bloated my dog. She was old but she died soon after with a big bloated belly. It sped up her death. It stinks. He's a scammer.

My dogs have done very well on Dr Marty's food. Ingredients are great and so easy to store and use. But- on their auto ship program i have had to call 7 x out of the 12 months i have used them because of no delivery. We got 6 bags a month at $169.00. Their product is not shipped at the same time each month so then we run out and when i call the explanation is 'there is a problem at the warehouse'. Three times they had to cancelled my subscription and start a new one because they couldn't figure out the problem. I eventually had to discontinue the service because the delivery was more headache than i could keep up with. Such a shame because that food was better for the dogs.

Screwed the pooch

After the first few days you're not gonna be able to stand the stench it's disgusting but my biggest issue is the return policy and the probiotic powder we got if you have large dogs it's not worth it. It's way too expensive, especially for the average Joe two jars of probiotic powder lasted two weeks didn't do anything for my two extremely large dogs not a damn thing neither has the food I went back to Hill science diet.

Horrible service

Terrible communication at horrifically expensive prices. The product comes in 2 pound bags and they charge 55 dollars per pound. Their website is beyond unhelpful. Would never recommend.

We have a 16 year old Yorkie and a 2 year old Maltese. The Yorkie took to it immediately but the Maltese had to ease into it but now absolutely loves it. They would rather have it dry so we keep it out all day. They eat what they want and leave the rest for later.

Health results fr Dr Marty's Food remain to be seen yet as we've only used it for about a week BUT, my 3 finicky eaters are eating every bit of their food. There's NO waste and their poops are firm again!

Excellent product

My 2 yorkies love it though it is pricey running us about $130 per month. We've been using it for 3 months now and I am impressed with the results their poops are formed and firm. They are 10 years old now and this food has made them much more active and they seem very healthy. I am hopeful that the price will come down over time.

Zoey is about 13 years old. She seemed to be slowing down and would limp after lying down. I was skeptical about changing her food, but so many reviews talked about increased energy that I thought it was worth a try. She loves Natures Blend, she really has more energy, and isn't limping around much. It is so fun to see her running around again.

My 2 Yorkies, Chloe, 14 years old and Lily 9 years old just can't wait until I feed them their food! I use the dog food as a topper, supplementing half of their regular dog food with half of Dr. Marty's food. They have loved it from day one! I have seen great results in their coats, such as how shiny, silky and smooth they are. Their breath is also smelling better, as well! Which is a huge bonus! I tried Tilly's Treasures, though and they disliked those! I could only get one of them to try them and she vomited them up. The treats are too big and too hard for them to eat, as I tried to break them up! It didn't matter, I wasn't going to use them due to vomiting and neither one of my Yorkies are picky eaters! So those were a no go! I also purchased the Propower Plus yesterday and so far so good, I'm hopeful that this will also produce great results, as well! I believe both the food and the Probiotics and Prebiotics are excellent products and am extremely satisfied with the purchase of both of these! The treats, not so much. I have a bag with about 3 treats missing and won't use them again, sorry to say! Chloe and Lily say, thanks Dr. Marty, your food is delicious 😋
