He videos are not great - one of the doctors has issues with his recordings - he restarts and repeats himself often and the listener can hear two versions of the audio play over itself. There is a very limited choice of videos/topics. Some systems only have 10-15 videos and major topics are not discussed. I didn't pay a lot but I think youtube would have been more worthwhile.
