They take your money then proceed to tell you there's a shortage of whatever drug you need. Eventually, they tell you they are closing your account & you will not be able to have service from them anymore. It's a nightmare dealing with them & I ended up getting ripped off $200 by them.
Done.com subcontracts work to local handymen and then doesn't pay them upon completion of jobs. They tell the handymen it's their own problem and they they as a company are not responsible for paying them if the customer refuses to pay. This is regardless of the amount of work a handyman does.
They will charge you for 20 nonrefundable dollars, then cancel the appointment and say your card was declined a few weeks later.
Nothing wrong with the card, just a scam to steal 20 dollars.
