Amazing resource to help people accomplish their projects

"Doing it yourself" is not just about saving money (because a very specialized task can actually cost more if the person tries to improvise a fix). It's about "owning your things". DIYnot has detailed information about simple and not so simple projects, an "ask" question for each item and a forum to discuss doubts.
