Purchase was easy. After making purchase I was contacted to be up-sold and had to commit another transaction. I would have preferred to receive that information before finalizing initial purchase. But everything else went smoothly.
I LOVE my rings! They're even nicer than pictured during customization process. There was a slight delay of 5 additional days on projected delivery due to a quality control concern. The company communicated fully throughout the situation. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with them.

I order the Easton ring in gold, with a citrine gem and an engraving, I received it in a beautiful box well protected. The ring was as pictured. The service was great you get in immediate contact with representatives that will respond any questions or concerns as soon as possible. They are very professional and kind. The only inconvenience I experienced was during the checkout process but after a few try's it went through. It did throw me off but the rest of the experience was great. He had the sweetest reaction when he saw the ring, The best purchase ever.
I absolutely love this and it turned out just how I wanted it! It is beautiful and I'm so happy you can choose your own color gems to make it special and unique. It looks perfect when it's on, not too big or too small. I'm super happy with this and that's is a fraction of what'd you'd spend at chain jewelery stores, plus again it's unique it's not what absolutely everyone has. It has been a wonderful experience working with diamondere. They have been on top of all my questions and answered everything in a timely manner. Even reached out to know about us and our special event. They were honest and straight forward with any issues. But I checked the ring and it is a size 5 not a 5-1/2 like I ordered. Now we are leaving tomorrow to go on our trip and have to propose with a ring that won't fit.

Diamondere was founded by two cousins who are offering public access to their family's 122-year legacy of exquisite jewelry design. Their family started out as exclusive designers for celebrities, dignitaries and Royals, specializing in customized jewelry only. Later generations were then groomed in mass-producing fine jewelry for the global audience. Even today, their fathers travel the world to source the best gemstones, anticipate jewelry trends and create world-class designs.
CONTINUING A LEGACY
They were always intrigued with the intersection of technology and the art of jewelry manufacturing. At the time, little did they know that one day this would lay the foundation for Diamondere. After graduation, the cousins took other business jobs and later discussed the possibility of developing an affordable jewelry website. They wanted their e-commerce fine jewelry platform to eliminate the middlemen by offering direct purchase from the family's manufacturing units and enable end-to-end customization for any customer. This venture would synergize the made-to-order and mass production expertise, which has been carefully nurtured and handed down by generations.
CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY
The cousins embraced and developed technological innovations like 3D printing, Computer Aided Design (CAD) and 3D videos for the buyer to seamlessly customize any design using colored diamonds, gemstones and precious metals, to match their budget and style. In addition, customers could also work with the Diamondere Design Team to submit their own creations for manufacturing.
