Professionalism and Courtesy

This credit repair company treats clients with professionalism and courtesy at least throughout my interactions with them. They prepare a dispute for each of the credit bureaus and help present recently paid debt collections items to the bureaus in an orderly manner. I don't know too much about their process and the final results but can recommend them for typical issues with personal credit. Overall I am glad I found them.

Didn't do much

So I signed up for the expedited process and was promised result or money back in 90 days. Great, 90 days passed, I was offered a money back. The issue here is, I could have spent that 90 days with another agency and maybe get some result. Spoke to the manager a few times and told him I was willing to pay to get the negative items removed so I can qualify for a lower rate on my mortgage. After 6 months, they were able to finally remove some negative items. However, credit scores dropped dramatically (close to 60 points). After some investigation, they told me "we got some of the negative items removed, nothing we can do in regards to the credit score". I paid money, wasted time, and got worse result. Agents were professional and courteous, but the results delivered are just not acceptable.
By the way, this is Tzu Ngai. Feel free to reach back out to me and see if you guys can resolve it, but I pretty much gave up on this firm.

BAD CREDIT

I have met lot of fake credit repair agents online who have promised to help me fix my credit several times, but they all failed me after payment.
