So the products are great quality and efficient, especially those made of active Athlon fabric, which is truly cooling and soft. The prices are a little steep. They have real plus size. The tops are often quite short though so if you have a long torso, go for the tunic styles. The Aire fabric is also interestingly comfortable. The Zno is like a great quality t-shirt fabric and extremely soft but it is quite hot when worn in the sun, which defeats the purpose of sun protection clothing. There were problems with the website and my invoice and then I had to return some stuff and the customer service representative contacted through email was great, very patient and accommodating. I bought the tulip hat, the funnel neck top, the relay shawl, the santorini tunic and the relay pullover shirt (my favourite!) I returned the motion joggers and the ginger hat (both very oversized).

I already own a Coolibar jacket in size medium. I ordered two additional jackets in size medium. One is a perfect fit, the other is much too large. The customer service rep could care less about their company's inconsistency in sizing and told me to "gift it"! She subsequently told me that it was meant to be worn over a sweatshirt or something similar. If I was wearing a sweatshirt, I wouldn't need a sun protection jacket! Buyer beware with this company.
