The hinge for my igloo trailmate broke and I was not able to find it anywhere except at coolcoolerparts.com. I never heard of this company before but I took a chance. I paid $8 plus $4 shipping and Immediately received email confirmation and tracking info through USPS by the next morning. It arrived in 4 days from the day I ordered. I'm in Texas. I received a new original part. It was a perfect fit and I am very happy. I am writing this review so others like me know my good experience with this company. July 2020

Called and spoke directly with the owner (wow!) he was very helpful in recommending the proper latches and hinges for my igloo cooler. Packaged arrived within a few days with all genuine igloo parts. A++++ on my book!

My kids borrowed my Igloo ice chest and dropped it. Broke the hinges and strap. I went on line and ordered new parts without issues. I had another an old ice chest that had a missing plug cap and used duct tape to keep water in. Ordered new parts and installed in minutes. I live in Anaheim CA and the parts arrived a couple of days later. Saved a lot of money since I didn't have to buy 2 new ice chest. I'm HAPPY.

I ordered replacement handles. US Postal Service tracking showed they delivered the handles on Saturday to my office mailbox. I stopped by and they were not in the mailbox. Monday morning I asked building tenants if they received my handles and was told no. After the Monday mail delivery, still no handles. I contacted CoolCoolerParts and they immediately shipped replacement handles. US Postal Service attempted delivery Saturday but the building was locked. I received them today and they fit perfectly as OEM parts. Thank you for standing behind your products and delivery, even though delivery was out of your control. I will definately buy from CoolCoolerParts again.
