Because I would be leaving town in the near future, I paid for faster shipping in order to guarantee I would get them before I left town. They did not arrive as planned. I did not receive them until our mail was delivered after we returned home.
The stocking arrived but I didn't get any tracking info when the order shipped. My biggest complaint is that the description of the product says that there is a silicon dot band but there is not. I think they should fix the description because that was the reason we bought this product. Now we paid for shipping of a product that doesn't work for us and their only reply is that "if it doesn't say silicone band in the title of the product then there isn't one." So it doesn't matter if the description is wrong.
My order was late and Compression Sales was on it. Excellent customer service.
This is my third or fourth order. These compression socks are by far my favorite! I will order again when they go on sale.
I was looking for white compression stockings. When ordering, there was no size chart, so I ordered one small and one medium 15-20mmhg to try. I am female,measured properly, The medium came first. It was too long,, and impossible to get on. I have other brand stockings.and no trouble putting them on.
The process took too long. After several days of the initial order, I had to reach out to see if the order had been received and sent. I wanted to track the order. The person who followed up from my email was nice and professional. It shouldn't have taken as long as it did to receive the order.
I bought 2 pairs of support hose but because I have arthritis in my hands I could not pull them up past my hips. The waist band is so tight that even if I had managed to get them up around my waist, I would not be able to tolerate that pressure around my waist!
I am going to give the 2nd pair to my Vascular doctor to give them to someone who can uses them.
Ordered compression stocking on October 1st, 2024. They sent my order out without my street address so it never got to me. After 4 months of appealing, I still do not have a refund of $338 or replacement garments. Customer service never calls back when they say they will, will not pass phone calls on to a supervisor or management. They did not answer 3 recent emails requesting (then demanding) a refund. I am on a fixed income and this is highly harmful to those of us with medical conditions who desperately need these garments and pay high prices for every single thing we need. Several other reviews reference very slow delivery. I will report to consumer protection.
The socks seem to be good quality so far (received a couple days ago). Instructions to put on are helpful. Order took quite awhile in comparison with Amazon's quick delivery. Not an issue but it would be helpful to get an estimated delivery date when the order is placed.
This business is stuck in the dot com era - horrible clunky site to navigate. When you do need someone, the phone number only sends you to contact extremely difficult rude service assistants (Maria should be fired for being openly hostile). They don't honor holiday exchange policies. In addition to this mess, exchange policy says they give you store credit, but then they don't apply it: I placed an order near the holidays with the explicit request to use my store credit towards my balance, which didn't happen - my card was charged the full amount.
They didn't take too long to arrive. It's the first time I use compression socks so I was a little bit afraid that I wouldn't be able to put them on but to my surprise they are extremely easy to put on and they feel so silky and smooth. I LOVE THEM and am already saving so I can buy another pair.
