I've been here a number of years now with over 2000 comics in my database and never had an issue with accessing my account or them losing my info. I've subscribed to the premium service on and off during that time and am happy with what they offer. It isn't the perfect site for keeping your comics records but it's close.
I will never use ComicsPriceGuide again. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a year. They never respond to emails and cancelling through their website results in nothing. They just keep charging your credit card. I've had to get it cancelled through Paypal because of their lack of response. Just disgusting customer service and nothing short of a scam in terms of credit card charges. The price guide wasn't very accurate either and listing comics to sell through them is a waste of time (hence my cancellation). Don't waste your time.
Have been here about 3 years. Nice way to keep track of my comics and see latest news. Support is voluntary so that should tell you something. Some buyers are great others are a waste of time. Several website glitches, but that is volutary as well. Still not sure if I am getting my money's worth.
I have been a Silver Member for a while now (started out at FREE base bronze & upgraded as my collection grew) & this guide/collection/trade website is good.
The app, however...is horrible.
Login fails & app errors GALORE.
I have uninstalled it for the 3rd & FINAL time.
