Ordered flicker flame christmas light bulbs. Some did not work upon arrival and they replaced. Was only a few days before Christmas and they mailed immediately and I got before Christmas. Great customer service. Beautiful flicker flame lights bulbs look real. Three flicker flame bulbs in picture and 2 clear. Hard to tell what look like, but couldn't load a video. Would buy from them again.
I bought a decoration for $130. It failed after 3 seasons making it both the most expensive and worst performing decoration I've ever bought. They refused to stand behind their product. I would not trust them again.
This is going to sound ridiculous but every year our street has a christmas light competition and the entire neighborhood goes a little off the charts. My wife wanted me to win this year and so I need a boatload of lights on the cheap. I needed LED lights for less power consumption. I place a huge order with christmaslights etc and sure enough all of the lights are functions.
HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH... really consider NOT using them. I had a box unopened, wanting to exchange and was denied... stuck with product from 10-11-22 (purchase date, not received date)and it is now 11-20-22... purchased wrong size and they would not take them back. BEWARE!
