Not very customer oriented. I purchase three costumes from this vendor. The products were shipped from Spain to Switzerland to New York to New Jersey (the intended delivery point). Then, somehow, some way, the USPS sent the package to Atlanta, GA where, presumably, it will stay. Chicuu says they'll provide me a refund only after the package is returned to them. They could care less about the me or the lost package. Stay away from these jokers.
I had a piece that did not arrive correctly from the watch I bought. I made the claim. I had an immediate response. After 30 days, the missing piece arrived at my home.

Last time, I bought a beautiful dress for my mother in chicuu.com, but I received a wrong size product. So, I contacted the customer service and asked him what should I do. The cute boy told me that I could change for another one. I admired this kind of service and I would buy some other clothes in this site and I'm very glad to recommend to my friends.
I love this top. It is so soft and comfortable, nice and warm but not too thick. I find that my house gets a little chilly downstairs in the winter. I really cannot turn the temp up because then it would be too warm to sleep upstairs, so I have to either dress warmer or use the fireplace in the living room. Tops like this long sleeved one are perfect for keeping me cozy and warm yet not feeling over dressed and bulky while at home. The stitching in general is very well done. I doubt that any of it will be unraveling soon. I got the X large size. I am 5'2" and about 155lb and this top fits me well. It has room for a larger person but is not baggy. I am very happy with this purchase and I recommend this top.
Looks just like the pictures except the material is very thin, as expected with the price it was. I ordered a small and it was still huge, so it does run big. Overall I like it and am glad I ordered it.
My in-laws are delighted with their presents, so is my bank manager with my expenditure. Excellent! The quality is great as I have had very good feedback from the people than more often than not are quite bitter.
