I'll get straight to it! Clothing looks really nice online - but when i received it - it was thin, cheap quality. I'm a large & it looked like X or XX L. The shoes are not like the ones i tried in the store (which i had found in a a store and fit nice) - Charmiss' shoes were not fitted by ankle - so badly done. I asked for a refund - they wanted me to keep clothing & they'll give me $20 (i declined) i wanted refund. They said send it back & give them UPS info (delivered to Jimmy in some NJ warehouse) - i did... after several emails they "nicely" said they're working on it - i emailed them again & again... that was 3 months ago. Luckily i have their emails & i called credit card company who in turn issued me a full refund - but not because Charmiss provided it. They're the worse & i hope someone shuts them down!
This morning I received notification from PayPal that my account had been credited. The $207 worth of clothes I returned had finally been received.
Thank God I brought all of this thru PayPal! I do not believe I would have gotten my money back if not for PayPay. Stay away from Charmiss and companies like them.
I messed up. The clothes were poorly cut and poorly made and the fabrics are not as natural as they claim.
Let me start off by saying I don't do negative reviews online because businesses I work with generally try to make their problems right. NOT THE CASE WITH THIS BUSINESS!
I, too, was impressed with what the website offered. I ordered 6 items and only kept 2. Those I kept because they sort of fit. I sent an email asking how to return the items. I waited for days and still no response. I sent a follow-up and the message was it would be more expensive to return than to keep and that they would give me an $18 refund or $20 credit. One of my returns was $20! I sent another message saying I wanted to return. Again, no response so I sent another message. I finally got tired of waiting and since there was a 30-day return policy, I returned it back to the address that sent it via UPS to track. In the meantime, they replied and said that I had to send it via USPS to a different address. Because I didn't do that, they would only refund me 1/2! I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. This is the worst customer service and false advertisement of their products. As the previous review stated, the sizes were way off and the items didn't look nearly as nice as the images! DO NOT purchase from this site.
