The lady that answered the phone was off the bat incredibly rude. She had the worst attitude and tone and it was only 11AM! I'm incredibly upset by their lack of professionalism and disgusted that they let their oldest member of their staff act like a rude disgusting teenager. Never get s cat from snobby cat connection. Adopt locally or look for strays <33

Avoid this site at ALL COSTS. They try to make it appear that they are cat lovers and provide top quality merchandise for true cat lovers... NOT. They are solely out to profit on those of us who are true cat aficionados. Merchandise is misrepresented as made in USA but clearly comes from China. Also, you have to pay to ship merchandise back and pay a "re-stocking fee" when you return an item EVEN IF IT IS DAMAGED OR DECEPTIVELY ADVERTISED ON THEIR SITE. This is an example of why people don't trust buying things online...
