Sales person Joe extremely helpful, Scheduler Jessica was great, especially when I had to re-sked. All my fault, but she took it in stride and found another date. And the four-person delivery crew did everything by the numbers, no muss, no fuss. They handled everything, including helping the crane operator pick up my old tub and drop my new one in the most convenient spot (and least costly) and the roll them out and in to exactly the right places on my deck. Fabulous all the way around.
