Cannon Water has a variety of good products at very good prices, and their sales folks are very knowledgeable. I don't understand why a public entity, a sub-division of state government, cannot open an account.
I needed to order some new water treatment parts and filters. But I wasn't able to add one of the items to the cart. When I contacted Cannon Water Service the person that responded to my email was able to order my missing part and add it to my existing order so it would save some shipping cost. Throughout the ordering process to delivery of the products they made sure I got what I ordered and that everything showed up on time. And the issue with the website was also resolved so anyone else that needed the product that couldn't be added to the cart could now order that part online with no issues.
I was able to easily contact a service rep who helped me select the correct part. They also provided helpful information about their fulfillment policies for determining the appropriate shipping speed. This was a critical part of our production system, and they saved us valuable time. I would highly recommend this vendor!

I called for information on setting alarm switches. The representative did not know the answer so she researched it and called me back and provided the information I requested. I didn't like the end result but kudos to the excellent research and timely response.
Everyone I encountered throughout the course of my transaction was kind and accommodating. My order was handled immediately, and when I realized I needed another part shortly after ordering it was added to my original shipment. Unfortunately the part I initially received malfunctioned, but they helped me troubleshoot and ultimately secure a new part and a refund for the first one.
