So getting back into the store to ask once again for help is not an easy task. After abt an hour finally a young man arrived who knew zilch about anything including prices. He went to " look into it" and never returned. Go anywhere but here, unless you have all day to waste and enjoy not even getting a price for the item you want.

C-A-L Ranch Stores are absolutely great. It's seldom that I walk into a store (or website) and don't have to wade through the useless $#*! to get to what I was looking for.

They carry everything from ammunition, to heated pet beds, to clothes, to gardening needs, to barbed wire fence, and everything in between.

Service has always been great to me. Good selection of firearms (if you don't like them, don't buy them; but don't $#*! to me about their existence).

They carry practical items need for ranch owners, and the rest of us get to benefit from that.

C-A-L Stores. I recommend them.

This review is predominantly surrounding the physical store, but I doubt the website is any different.

And the owner gave im very concerned about your experience.
Then I did second one they give the same reply.
To the owner read your reviews.
You never get to big to listen to your customers.
You get customers by showing them there important.
You loose customers by giving them the same reply

I shop at this store a lot. They have everything you could want. Today I went to the store in Las Vegas, Nevada and I was treated horribly and was ignored. I was planning on buying 3 firearms, they always have good prices on them. But when I asked a question about one of the weapons, the young lady didn't know what she was doing. So she called the Manager. He was very rude and helped another customer first. So I waited, and waited. The young lady didn't say anything and walked away. The so called Manager, finished with the customer, and went to help another customer who arrived. Leaving me standing there. After 10 minutes, I was still standing there waiting to be helped. The young lady walked right by me, I tried to get her attention, she ignored me. Then the Manager finished with the other guy, I waved to him, he looked right at me and turned his back on me to help another customer. I went up to him and said I was here before that man and I'm trying to make a purchase. The Manager turned around put his finger in my face and said "No you were not here first, I will help this my first!" So I walked away to cool off, I stayed over by the Gun Safe's. After the manager finished with that other guy I started to walk over to him, he turned around and walked in the backroom. I waited for a few minutes then I walked out. I stopped at the front register and asked who was in charge so I can make a complaint about all of that. The checker told me that the Manager I was dealing with was in Charge!
I like Calranch, they have good prices and you can usually find what your looking for, but how the store here treats people, I hope that isn't how they treat there customers at all their stores!
