My son was a client of Calmerry. The therapist he was seeing informed him she was to be hospitalized. During the next month of services, she was difficult to reach. But when he finally reached with her, he met with her for 30 minutes. We paid for the entire month. The next month he reached out to her to set up another session. Although he reached out to her number of times she never got back to him. Since he was unable to reach her, we canceled our account. We contacted Calmerry and explained what happened and asked for a refund for at least one of the months. They gave us the royal runaround. Told us that their billing manager would get in touch with us as soon as possible. Did not hear from them for a week. Continued to contact and explain the situation. After over 18 emails most of us with requests to contact me I was told they could not find my emails in their system. I sent them a list of all of the emails. I was then given the option of having a month and a half of therapy with a new therapist at no charge. What ridiculous solution! Three hour long sessions with someone you have no rapport with is not an answer to accompany who doesn't provide services, and then refuses to accept that they did not contact you to let you know services were unavailable. The therapist are fine, the support system is the worst I've ever dealt with

My son was a client of Calmerry. He changed therapist in midstream, but had liked both that he was working with. The second therapist told him she was going to be hospitalized for a bit. We paid for the month, and she counseled him one time during that month and then went radio silent. He reached out to her a number of times. We paid for the next month. Again radio silence, not just from the therapist, but also from Calmerry. No communication saying the therapist was unavailable. We had canceled our subscription. But they had already charged us for the third month. It took them almost 3 weeks to get back to me and offer to refund the third month since it had only been a few days since they had charged us when we canceled. And ridiculously, offered a free month and a half of service with another therapist. He had canceled them and was not interested in another therapist. He had found someone to work with since he had not had sessions for almost 2 months. I have tried and tried to get someone from Calmerry to speak with me about this. I believe they are ghosting me and hoping that I will forget that they owe me $465. Their billing, customer service, and management are beyond poor. And unless I hear back from them soon, I will continue to blast them on every website I can find.

A friend of mine loves this app so she told me that I should also try it. I'm happy she told me about it because it's exactly what I was looking for. I can talk to my therapist when I get home from work, and the mood tracking feature is amazing.

I went through a breakup recently and it was one of the worst experiences in my life. Honestly, I don't know what I would do without my therapist, he's a real professional and his advice helps me deal with my depression. He replies every day, and video sessions are great.

"Using Calmerry has been a positive experience overall) I really appreciate the super-fast assistance I got from the support team - it made me feel that my personal time is valued.

I'm very satisfied with their matching (although I wish I could choose the therapist myself, too) because I needed someone informed and affirming and had a previous awkward experience where it was hard for me to find the one I vibe with. Here, I was matched with the therapist Alicia, and she's super-friendly and has a really positive and supportive approach that resonates with me.

I subscribed to this service on Monday. The first appointment available with my assigned therapist was on Friday. I had done a web search on the therapist once she was assigned to read her reviews, and her online reviews state she does not show up for appointments. She has a 1 star rating online. For our Friday appointment, she cancelled two hours before the appointment. I contacted customer service to have a new therapist assigned and to request my subscription be extended by one week, since I had waited one week for my appointment. The CS rep said they would extend my subscription three days (so, the weekend, which is not business days). I declined and cancelled my service. This service is too expensive to pay for their unreliable employees to cancel last minute. Very unacceptable for the therapist and the company.

Hello, Danielle! Thanks for the feedback! As we can see, the customer support did suggest adding 3 additional days to your subscription as apologies for the cancelation from the counselor's side two hours prior to the scheduled video session. Such a situation may happen from both sides, the client can cancel their video session as well due to circumstances. But you can use this time while you are waiting for the video session by sending messages to your counselor.
Your counselor doesn't have such a tendency of canceling appointments on our platform, and as we can see there is only one review on the Internet stating that she is doing it.
As we can see, our Billing Dept. issued a full refund for you per your request. We highly appreciate your feedback and we are deeply sorry that we didn't meet your expectations.

I've only had three sessions with my therapist but I already feel better. She's a great listener and she knows a lot about emotional problems. At first, it was difficult for me to talk about my problem but she was very supportive. It's a great platform, highly recommended.

This is the first time I've used online therapy, and my experience is rather good. Usually, I talk to my therapist in the evening, and she helps me work on my negative thoughts. We've set goals for treatment and I already feel some improvement.

I am so happy I found it!

It's such a helpful app, I'm so happy I found it. I wanted to try therapy but it was really difficult for me to fit sessions in my busy schedule so I decided to try this app. I work with a therapist who knows a lot about anxiety, and she always asks the right questions.

I only tried Calmerry for 5 days but was very impressed. I cancelled my subscription to try cognitive behavioral therapy, since I think that's what I've been needing. However, I was really happy with my experience and will be back at a later time. My therapist was active in messaging me and seemed really great, I like the platform, great customer service, and the little bot for check-ins and reflections.

I stick to video calls, but the messaging option is also helpful. Video calls are just more similar to traditional sessions. I used to visit a therapist before so I was really glad when I found this app. Online therapy saves a lot of time.
