Ordered a new turbo and was sent a used, damaged part. Called them and took 3 days to finally get ahold of someone at which point they told me that they didnt have another one. Sent back the part and waited 2 weeks still no refund. Called them and they say UPS lost it. Been over a month and still no refund.

I'll definitely be contacting BAP in the future for my parts needs. Racks and pumps aren't as easy to find recently for the last generation 350z, but thankfully they had one available. I received it in just a few days. Thanks BAP!

BAP is the opposite of a Company called AutohausAZ! I paid extra to have an item sent by 2 day delivery on 3/13, the tracking number states it will be received on 3/18. The Autohaus rep stated he gave my order to customer service manager and it's showing it shipped on 3/15 and it's delivering 3/18 between 12pm - 2pm.Which just means your area didn't have weekend shipping available, That was a lie when I checked with FedEx. I digressed BAP delivered parts exactly when the said it would arrive. Just sorry BAP didn't have the part that I had to order from AutohausAZ. I will solely use BAP moving forward, I hope your inventory will have my future needs...

It arrived on time in a well insulated box. When i opened the box the compressor was in a zip lock bag,upright so there was no leakage to deal with. Also inside all the seals and gaskets need install. Anyone of my friends need a compressor,you bet i'll tell them about you. Keep up the good work!

I was sent the wrong part and paid to have what I thought was the right part overnight. Shipping was $56. I had to jump through hoops sending this part back. Never spoke to anyone. Only chat. Had to send many photos and do much convincing before they sent me a postage paid label and took it back. They only returned half of what I paid for shipping. Finally I got a full refund. Never got reimbursed for full overnight shipping. I buy parts from eBay and other places and NEVER had an issue like this. I will NEVER shop here again.

Steering box installation was a success. Best price available. 1st time purchaser. Packaged well. 1st picture is of the old box, 2nd picture is the new box in package.

Had ordered an A/C Compressor kit received the kit and found that I had ordered the wrong kit got with customer service had no issues getting kit returned and they helped me get the right one. I would definitely recommend these guys great company!

THEY SHIPPED ME ONE OF FOUR ITEMS AND IT WAS CONFIRMED BUT WANTED US TO STILL PAY BLAMING THE FACTORY. BE CAREFUL FOLKS.

ITEM BY FEDEX WAS 8.9 POUNDS THEY AGREED. SO IF I BOUGHT 4 ITEMS IT WOULD BE 35.6 LBS RIGHT? YEAH NOT ACCORIDING TO THEM!

Part failed with in a week! Emailed them and no reply! Had to go buy part local! Not very happy with buying a part twice and Buy auto parts would not stand behind their parts.

I bought a AC compressor kit and they sent me a bad one and then I paid for another one and waited another week and it was the wrong one so now I am halfway into this and found out it has the wrong plug so I will ask for a full refund and send this crap back to him and just go to the parts store never ever buy from them total waste of time total waste of time

Guaranteed fit means nothing! Sold me the wrong Turbocharger, after install and replacement of other parts, turns out they sent the wrong turbo. Contacted BuyAutoParts, brought it to their attention and their answer was...well you can send it back but we will just you the same model. Provided evidence that their other company even shows its the wrong turbo which didn't even give them pause. They do not stand by their guarantee and will not be doing any business with them! Be warned! Read all the reviews and you will see the same 1 star problems over and over...I am out over $3,000 from their mess-up.

Excellent product. Doing a trans swap in my 1986 300ZX 2+2 and Buy Auto Parts was the only site that carried the correct drive shaft. Because they are the only site I found that sold the part I can not compare the price. However, the part arrived quickly and was well protected in the packing they used. No issue installing the part because it was a perfect fit. I will use BAP again.

Priced well below other sellers, delivered quickly, product was exactly what I expected/ wanted.

I bought an a/c compressor and dryer on August 9th. The dryer was the incorrect part. When I called customer service a few days later they said I would need to send a picture of the part numbers that where sent to me. This information was clearly on the order form etc. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the person hung up the phone on me.
I have since sent all requested pictures since they have not responded to any communications with customer service. It is now late September and I still have received nothing from them about correcting this error on their part.
I could attempt to return everything but am uncertain whether I would receive a refund.
Extremely poor business practices and handling of a simple issue.
I am now stuck with the additional cost of buying the right part elsewhere.

As good as buying local. No problem looking up correct part, no problem with payment, no problem with delivery and no problem with part. Very efficient and precise. Great service will use again and again. Would add image of part, auto and receipt, but my mechanic skills are much better than my computer skills!

Initially, I did not know I was purchasing from Buy Auto Parts because I purchased the parts on eBay from Great Auto Parts. The parts for my 2014 Infiniti QX50 AWD Journey was an Air Conditioning Kit that included the Compressor, Condenser, Drier, and Gaskets. The parts were installed by a professional mechanic two days ago. So far so good. My inexpensive purchase seems to be a value. I say "seems" because it has only been two days so Buy Auto Parts should have been patient a little longer before asking me to review their merchandise.
