Buckleguy

I recived brass buckles that seemed either used or had rust on them. I called to return then and the lady, very nasty, made it seem like I used them some how. Returning is horrable experience. I will only buy from Amazon

This is the first time I ever ordered from buckeguy and the last time as well. I ordered two small pieces of genuine waxed leather in search of a reliable supplier, but instead received two pieces that are pretty stiff and look like bonded leather.
The leather was not what I expected based on the description and pictures on the website (one piece was also 2.0mm instead of 2.4mm), but the main reason I'm leaving a review is because I paid $8 for shipping and now I have to pay almost $14 dollars to return the tiny box which lets me know they make money off returns (this is perfect way for customers to loose trust and never order from your website again). I paid $69 with CA tax -$8 for shipping -$14 return -$5 tax = $42 back in my pocket Within 7-10 days after they receive the return.

Their customer service is horrable, they dont have time for any questions. Ive purchased a few times and each time the leather had issues, scars, scrtahces, etc and they dont return. Avoid. Tandy leather at least returns and i never had a problem
