I will never buy from this website as i order the book and i did not get delivered it by this month also, no customer support after emailing too many mails.

I was overcharged for my order, and Booksgoat refused to refund me. Horrible service with Booksgoat and i will never order from this website.

I did not get the books after multiple emails and i lost all my 400$. Don't recommend at all for any person to buy from this website.

SCAM ALERT! Never received my book but they sure took my money. I reached out and they claimed it was an issue with the shipping company but the item was never even shipped. The label was created and it just sat there. They claimed to have the issued a refund but once again, that never happened. I tried emailing them about not receiving the refund and received a mailer error notice! If that's not a SCAM/FRAUD I don't what is. I have opened a dispute against them with my credit card company. Don't waste your time and hard earned money.

Through a computer issue, I accidently ordered two copies of a book. I only wanted one copy so I IMMEDIATLEY sent them a message explaining. They never responded to my message and sent two books. It was my fault for not catching this, but it was also their fault for not correcting the order when they got my message at least one day before shipping. Terrible customer service.
