Website is structured well and easy to use. I have been happy with everything i have ordered. Shipping can take awhile and tracking process isn't perfect but other than that it's great, quick and helpful customer service.
Overall good, I just think that you guys shouldn't sell earrings as nose piercings. They are too big and I kinda got it for no reason now but I like the quality of everything the designs are cool too!
Not my first time ordering from BodyCandy, this time was much better than last. I received a belly ring that was much smaller than shown on website and I was very disappointed the same thing happened with two cartilage items. Although the size wasn't as upsetting they were still smaller than I anticipated so I was slightly annoyed but other than that the quality is good and I loved all of my other items
I bought a mystery pack of 3 for the septum. I added in the comments that I only wear silver and would like as such, but they gave me only gold. I also bought a 10 mystery pack of belly piercings. I added the same note, and I was given some silver but mostly gold jewelry.
The product is great and the company is great! Only bad part was that the shipping somehow got messed up and I needed to pay additional money to receive my order but BodyCandy was incredibly quick and kind to refund me the extra shipping amount!
Delivery and processing the order took very long and I had to pay extra to actually get it to my country which they did not inform me when I first purchased. But the piercings are pretty and I think the quality is good though I can't tell for sure yet.
They were very easy to work with, and when I e mailed them with some questions they responded very quickly. The earrings are super cute and the company very easy to work with.
Could be a little more organized with piercing and styles. Trying to search 58 pages of nose rings is too much. And doing the filter is even more confusing. Considering I'm not sure what style is what. Maybe a little more description on styles would help. Like a breakdown? I found a couple I am willing to try but could not begin to search over 2000 pieces.
It was pretty good. I got here on time maybe even a bit early. I tried out two of the nipple piercings one was circular and one was like a diamond shape. It kind of pinched my nipples a little bit so I took it off for the belly piercings, I really love the mistletoe piercing that I bought.
Received 3 of the 4 i ordered contacted support and had the missing piece shipped. Took a little bit longer to get but I did finally receive it tho. Love them
