I bought the boAt Energyshroom PB331 power bank just before my family trip to Himachal. When it arrived, the packaging was neat, no scratches, and everything was inside. It looked pretty premium in hand, and I liked that it didn't heat up while using. It protects both the phone and the power bank while charging. I knew we'd be on the road for long hours, and charging phones would be a problem and I was right. This small gadget turned out to be a total lifesaver on the trip. There was a moment we got stuck in traffic for hours with just 2% battery left, and this power bank saved the day.
It charged my phone really fast, thanks to the 22.5W fast charging. My sister even used the magnetic wireless charging for her iPhone without plugging it in. I bought the boAt Aavante Bar 5500DA about 8 months ago after shifting to my new house. My whole idea was to create a mini home-theatre setup for movie nights with family. I checked many brands, from Sony to JBL but not much happy with the features and looks. I visited a store here in Delhi and was looking for options, the store manager suggested me boAt soundbar with Dolby Atmos, 500W sound, and a 5. 1. 2 channel setup. It looked perfect. He even said it is my personal guarantee that you'll like it. He also had the same in his house so I trusted him. I got it and set it up with HDMI ARC and Bluetooth. First time I played a movie, everyone in my family was shocked. Sound moves around the room, dialogues are clear, bass is deep, and music feels alive. It's like sitting in a theatre. I mostly use it for movies and cricket matches. Sometimes for music when guests come over. This soundbar has never disappointed me. Even after 8 months, there's no drop in quality, no heating issues, and it runs perfectly. One time I had a question about wall mounting, and I contacted boAt support. They took some time to reply (around 2 days), but once they did, they helped clearly and even sent a step-by-step video. Also, it has a 1-year warranty, so it's a safe in case anything goes wrong.
I love swimming, but I never tracked it properly before. I used to just count laps in my head and guess my timing. My coach told me to start using a smartwatch. I checked Apple and Fitbit, but I did not want to go just for brand name. My coach told me to check out the boAt Valour Watch, so I went for it. It looked pretty good at first with a premium feel and design. But the most surprising thing was the swim tracking. It shows data like how many laps I did, how long I swam, the stroke type and even my speed. I had no idea before that boAt made smartwatches with such high-tech and useful features. When I started, I used to swim 100m in around 2 mins 45 secs. After tracking and trying to improve, I got it down to 2 mins 10 secs in just over a month. This watch is water-resistant, so I wear it every time I swim. In the beginning, the app was a little slow to sync, but after an update, it works fine. Big 👍. I usually do not say this, but the built quality is literally very good.
I never thought I'd move to wireless earbuds. I was happy with my wired ones until my nephew tugged the wire while playing and that was the end of them. So, I finally decided to upgrade. After a lot scrolling and reading, I picked the boAt Nirvana Ivy Pro. I got it from Amazon using the Pay Later option with easy EMI, and the UPI payment made it hassle-free. My main reason for buying this was the Dolby Atmos support and 52dB Hybrid Adaptive Noise Cancellation. I work from home, and there's constant noise from a construction site nearby. This helped block that out quite well. The sound feels 3D and the audio shifts with head movement. It also has Adaptive EQ with Mimi, which adjusts the sound based on your hearing. Battery life is impressive too. I charged it once and it easily lasted me several days.
I work from home using a laptop. My laptop has just 2 ports. So, there was a complete mess of connectivity between my charger, webcam, and extra screen. So, I got the boAt Swift Lynk USB Hub to make things easier and it totally worked as I planned. When it arrived, I was happy to see everything packed safely, no missing cables or parts. I have used other hubs before but honestly, they were cheap and some even didn't give smooth connectivity. It has a clean design and feels strong. It's 4K HDMI port was a big help. I connected my monitor through it. Also, the 100W charging support gave me an advantage, I don't have to disconnect anything when I charge my laptop. My desk looks neat, connects finely, and now everything looks so systematic.
I ordered a boat airdopes but they delivered me the smartwatch circuit and when I ask to replace they said that the package is safely delivered they will do nothing
Worst product worst service, the products where better when their used to import from china and use their sticker and when they started manufacturing in India the quality is dead and service too. Made a mistake would never even consider to buy this $#*! company.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Gurukripa Enterprises Meerut Uttar Pradesh. I recently approached them to claim the warranty on a BOAT product, but my application was rejected for an irrelevant reason. This decision not only lacked any genuine justification but also caused significant mental harassment.
The customer service team was unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of providing solutions or assistance, their responses were dismissive and unprofessional. It is appalling to see such a lack of accountability and customer care from an organization that is supposed to uphold the manufacturer's warranty policies.
I would not recommend Gurukripa Enterprises Meerut Uttar Pradesh to anyone. Their poor handling of customer issues and the distress they caused have left a lasting negative impression. This experience has been nothing but frustrating, and I urge others to think twice before relying on them.
Given the dreadful experience I have had, I strongly recommend the shutdown of this service center. Gurukripa Enterprises does not deserve to be in operation if this is how they treat customers. I urge BOAT and other brands to reconsider their association with such a poorly managed service center.

I bought boat rockerz 255 ANC neckband in February but now it is not working. It claimed 100 hours of power backup but after charging the battery is getting low. I am complaining.

He send me message to you parsal has bean deliverd but I haven't receive my parcel.I call his customer care 2-3time he will say wait 48 hours. My parcel is missing last 6 days. Never buy BOAT products. They have a very pathetic after sales services and there is nobody to attend to your calls and the only option is to register complaint against warranty only through automated calls where you have set of predefined menus. There is no way out to talk to the company personnel to get the problems sorted out. Have even tried mailing them and they dont read your email and just send an automated reply with a link to register complaint. A big NO NO to their products.
I have ordered an earpod and it is of bad quality. When i try to cancel and return the product, only replacement option seemes to be open. Cancel option was not open even when it was given in the website that cancel/ replacement option will be active after the order is delivered. This is purely case of consumer right violation. Very bad website and customer care services provided. Totlly dissapointed
