The company's reputation is significantly marred by a pervasive dissatisfaction with its customer service, characterized by lengthy response times, lack of direct support channels, and perceived unfair account management practices. Customers frequently express frustration over inadequate assistance with account issues and refund requests, leading to a sense of mistrust. While some loyalty exists among long-term players, many reviews highlight a decline in service quality and responsiveness. Positive sentiments are scarce, suggesting that the company must urgently address these concerns to restore customer confidence and improve overall satisfaction.

A very common issue yet again Blizzard Entertainment has suspended my account due to issues that they have found on my account in game. I have not been able to get a live person on the phone to save my life and the automated support system is a joke.
It's been two months in playing this game day and night to gear up my self, and have fun, only 6 days left of my sub I got banned, for unauthorized external programs, then I bought another account and raised a survival hunter geared up for pvp and had my 4 set, doing mythic 5+ with it, amazing thing is they banned me again within 5-6 days playing with notice of account closure and reason of unauthorized external program (commonly known as hack) I just heard they had a large wave ban, in this last 30 days, many ppl also whom are old players were banned, and what we have here? Buy base edition war within and a 30 day game time as gift, this is totally scam, the best way to get money out of people.
Remember me wow, Mahvin#2908
Funny thing is I only had one application in background that was a country made vpn which was not known to blizzard that helped me to connect to discord, I showed them everything on a ticket and sent them yet they denied my appeal... They call it smart being from their AI wardens...
Battle net is the stupidest thing created to force you to sign up to play a game. Avoid blizzard games. When $#*! goes wrong they just send you to articles that dont help $#*!. I don't understand how such a crappy company can do so well. No customer service and the linking accounts is ridiculous.
Blizzard entertainment is unable to keep up with the volume of account holders they have, as well as to come up with an efficient reporting system. I did absolutely nothing wrong and received a ban on my overwatch account after being cussed out on chat. In other words, I got banned from my account because the opposing team were a bunch of sore losers that reported me for no reason at all. I have tried numerous ways to submit a web ticket, talk to customer service, an email, a phone number, anything. I've had absolutely zero luck and now I've poured tons of money and tons of hours into an account that I no longer have access to whatsoever. I will no longer be giving this dishonest and disloyal company my business.
Tried everything to create Battle.net account to play Diablo. Nothing works, just stuck on "Humanity verification". When writing to support, get automated answer that does not help at all.
My girlfriend needs an addition $18.35 on her Battle.net account in order to purchase the World of Warcraft The War Within. I saw the button "gift balance" in the app. So I added $18.35 from my PayPal account in order to click the 'gift balance' button and send her to addition funds she needs to purchase the game.
Once my balance was updated I clicked the "gift balance" button and this P.O.S company says you can not transfer battle.net balance from one account to the other. So WTF does 'gift balance' mean if I can't gift someone the balance on my account?
I just added money to my battle.net account for no reason. I am truly pissed off. To give her the addition fund she needs I need to be charged AGAIN and they will send it to her. They won't let me send the money from my account as a gift.
Terrible wording, terrible marketing, terrible practice, and above all, they wont let me convert my balance to cash. So I am stuck now with $18.35 just sitting in my b.net account.
I played their game World of Warcraft for 20 years.
Recently they made a blunder with their servers and deleted half of my 20 year old inventory by accident.
When I pursued them asking for a restoration or some kind of compensation they banned my account and threatened me.
They also refused to issue refunds on any purchases over 14 days.
This is the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced, Blizzard does not care about it's customers at all.
This companies launcher is so scuffed its not even funny theyve had a million data breaches offer horrendes customer support and their games usually are using region locked servers (i spent 13ish bucks for a month of WoW to play with my girlfriend in germany and NOWHERE EVER did it say that i would have to 1. Give blizzard PROOF OF RESIDENCY like the governemt requires when you move to change my region or 2. Make a new account and rebuy the damn game on a correct server) DO NOT USE BLIZZARD GAMES GET YOUR GAMES SOMEWHERE ELSE
What a bunch of left wing radicals working at blizz, they must have all taken a day off after this election to go outside and scream at the sky while chewing on crayons gathering playdoh and looking for their safe spaces. They remind me of the NFL commissioner he'll allow political messages as long as they coincide with the loon wing but if you do the Trump dance or wear a MAGA hat you'll get fined same with World of Warcraft, you can run around all day with black lies matter, aka lives, but make something like I love Trump and you'll either have to do a name change or you'll get a 7 day ban, what a bunch of losers, hypersensitive radicals that couldn't find their asses with an $#*! map.
Dividing the community by launching the new expansion on two different days depending on how much you paid is a new low..
This is clearly a failing company that is incapable of doing the right thing. They banned my account after one week of play and accused me of cheating. They stole my money and have made wild accusations and refuse to explain why. They will only send you their terms page and somehow want you to know what you did. Thing is, I didn't use anything to cheat at all. If you love giving away your money for nothing in return, this is the company for you.
The game (Overwatch 2) is great, but if you play competitive, sometimes people can be too intense, or too lax. Either one can ruin a match. My main issue is if someone is throwing the match, or making a game breaking decision over and over, we are allowed use of chat system to say things as long as we are not mean. However, sometimes there are the typical wrong-doing defending attitudes and I hear a lot of "stop yapping", "shut up and play", and people actually fabricating ideas that I am throwing IF I say something about someone ELSE starting it. It's a weird dynamic that is widespread, and because I am sensitive to the evidences of someone throwing- staying in spawn, refusing to play their role, going AWOL, ignoring other teammates, dying repeatedly with a high skill character and feeding the opposing team ult charge, etc- I notice when people do these things. I don't stop and type unless someone is truly being toxic, the same way someone might stop a physical volleyball match for someone being toxic. But because of the anonymity of online gaming, the entire match can be easily convinced that any and all speakers are threats to the game and must be reported. The reporting system apparently has some very good game masters trying very hard, as I have gotten real human and realistic responses, but as of now I have lost all access to my account which I paid money for and game masters are refusing to respond or provide any explanation of why I am banned other than to send me a link to the code of conduct, which I did not break. They simply don't have any in game moderation, lack of real world consequences ( for the RIGHT people not people like me who repeatedly show their support, and no way to prevent a toxic minded individual from ruining a 15 minute match potentially 10 min queue time, no way to leave. I want to love this game again- superhero chess. But I can't until its fixed. The toxic attitudes and misunderstanding, not the game mechanics.
I just lost my entire battlenet account because i asked a gm why i was banned 3 times they sent a link to terms and services and 3 times i asked what exactly did i do and asked for an explanation and a name to the gm i was talking to. Then they deleted my entire account the emails disappeared from my inbox and no notification or any explanation. Around 400 euros worth if games... All i did was asking why i was suspended and the reasoning behind it...
There a great many issues that myself and many of the player base have noticed over the years that never seem to be addressed or fixed by blizzard. To start with the PvE mode, everybody thought it was coming out on the release date of overwatch 2(which was a disaster btw) but instead they didn't release it u til multiple months later without notice. Fine, I guess, at least we can all play it and have fun right? Well too bad because you also have to spend $14 on it for 3 days little missions that would take you max an hour and a half to complete. The shop prices are atrocious too, legendary skins cost around $20 and if they're brand new usually around $25. It's a first person you don't even see your character (besides the weapon and maybe a hand) in game unless you do an emote, so it's pretty ridiculous that they expect $25 dollars for that, and even if you wanted a cheaper skin it will usually cost you at minimum $10 for a skin that was just recolored with no effort put into it. They also just ban people for no reason if someone gets reported a couple times over a few games they will be automatically banned, and you can even get permanently banned, losing all of your accounts cosmetics and stats and everything FOREVER for very simple things like running into a bug or saying something in chat that someone didn't like. Everything permanently gone forever, potentially years of progress gone in a second, with the decision made by a bot or an employee in a split second. And if you try to appeal the ban not only to they make it stupidly difficult to contact them and even send them a ticket, but they also just don't give a $#*!. They will either have a bot send you a message or outsource you, and the issue won't get resolved. And if you send multiple like say 4 within the same year, they will straight up stop reading your tickets and sending you replies. You could have spent $50 or $100 or $1000 on the game and you can get wrongfully banned and lose your account and the cosmetics you purchased, then they just bag the money. Extremely evil company, not to even mention their history with rapes and nudes getting shared around blizzard and etc.
First regarding WoW:Playing pvp is so lagging. Like Wintergrasp... can't really do anything. You've had like 15 years to improve this, but still it's garbage.
Customer service... first you have to guide yourself through 15 menys, that can't help you... and then it takes like ages to get a response.
Also Hearthstone... lots of disconnecting... then you can't log back to the game you were already playing...
And don't get me started on Diablo IV, wich is utter unplayable, due to disconnects. Again customer service doesn't do anyone any good... So i've decided not to spend any more money on any blizzard games/seasons and whatever they try to do to get you to spend money insted of improving their games.
Easter egg for the Russian-speaking community in the title of the review. An absolutely stupid approach to games, the last few years have been just a milking machine parasitizing on good old franchises and memories of good quality parts, from which, unfortunately, literally only memories remain. Selling dlc, which has cards from the old version of the game that was simply transferred to a new engine (oops, not new, the one that was in the last version, just "new") at a price of 70 euros is easy. To $#*! yourself when trying to reissue iconic games on new rails is a check. To try to do something wrong as it was in previous versions of the game series (Diablo 4) and $#*! yourself is a check. Ah, the horse skin in the game for 60 bucks costs another 65 bucks, absurd. Overwatch 2 "we will make this game different from the first overwatch and we will focus on the company and its missions" half a year has passed since the release on which none of this happened "alas, we do not have the opportunity to implement these things, we abandon such a concept" - in total, we released the same game twice. In general, the once iconic studio, which was watched by a bunch of people, is now just a software company
Can't access my account and absolutely no support very annoyed. All I did was add a tablet I own. Now I can't access my character. And to top it off coulsnt finish the season because my lap top died. So forced mobile and can't play the character I got up to level 56. Unreal.
I cannot play anymore COD MWII, when I try to update or resinstall the game, the battle.net launcher keeps prompitng "Waiting on another update". I already tried all the troubleshoots online, none of them worked.
Battle.net is garbage. Piece of advice never buy any game through there. Steam is 100% better, I've never got any issues there.
I been with Blizzard for many many years and they permanent BAN me for saying that people are bad in this game in a BG. I was in shock, I reappealed and tried to get some help or to talk to them because it made no sense and is just wrong what they do so the answer was the same a copy and paste! They are stilling peoples money and don't care about the community and whoever works in there is even more careless. Complete useless!
All around bad service no help from the staff u have to wait 24hrs for them to give u bs response bad service
Answer: Lol good luck with that they dont know what that is.
