Tried it out, got automatically subscribed after the trial period only to realize THERE IS NO WAY DO DOWNGRADE OR UNSUBSCRIBE from this app. Sent an email, got an answer that they "are working on it" weeks ago, but I am still charged every month for this $#*!ty service that I do not use and specifically requested to cancel.
To make it worse, the app have mistakenly added another workspace under my account and I am still CHARGED DOUBLE AMOUNT EVERY MONTH. Total fraud, do not fall for it!

It appears to be a legitimate business offering a service to record Zoom meetings, but unfortunately, the service is highly unstable. Approximately 70% of the time, the recordings do not work, leaving you anxious and wondering, "Will it work this time?" I have been trying to get in contact with the owner for over a week now, with no success. I would recommend seeking an alternative service, as this one is not reliable, and you may end up losing both money and time.Moreover, I have experienced unauthorized charges on my card from this service, even though I have canceled my subscription. The website is also very unstable and riddled with bugs, making it difficult to understand whether actions like canceling or renewing subscriptions have been successfully completed. It seems like the service was hastily put together without consideration for quality.I also noticed no discernible difference between the old and the new interface; both are equally buggy. Subscriptions made in the old interface do not reflect in the new one and vice versa. I strongly advise against using this service. I have found an alternative that is ten times more stable. Please, save your money and consider other options.

Easy to use and works great. I also like the fact that I can send it in without joining the meeting and it will let me search through the transcript for keywords after.

It's so easy to use and so worth the money. Basically it sends a fake person ("bot") to all your meetings and the bot records the whole meeting and takes notes.
