I have been filing with besttaxfiler for the last 4 years. Lots of times they used to call at in start of the year but by the time April comes they get super busy and don't pick up calls. Also, last year got notified by the IRS that I had identity theft which was from no one else but besttax filers. And that's when I decided to never go back with them to file my taxes. If they can't store my info privately then there is no point in filing with such an agency.

I used to file my tax return with Best Tax Filer in past years, but coming to this year they showed less Returns than expected, so I filed my tax returns with another company with more Refund, Best Tax Team advised me multiple times not to report those losses, but I filed with others.

Now I got a notice from IRS saying I claimed Losses in 1040 TAX RETURN LINE 8, (Indian House expenses as losses)which we were not supposed to report. The department asked back to pay an extra refund with interest and penalty. So I tried contacting the company to resolve my notice but no response from their end. Then I contacted Best Tax filer again and they helped me with Notice and paying back with interest and penalties.

So here I sincerely suggest you not get attracted to more returns easily or else you will face a situation like mine where you need to pay back more.

Been filing with best tax filer from two years. It was easy and quick to get your questions answered, they helped me to file multiple states as well. And they provide referral bonus every year as I referred most of my friends and cousins.

I filed my Tax Return with the local Tax consultancy and I received a notice from the Federal for the 2020 year. My consultant was not responded when I tried to reach them multiple times. One of my friends suggested to reach out to Best Tax Filer to resolve the notice. The Team where very proactive and resolved in 2 days. Impressed by the service.

Using best tax filer services for last 3 years and they are providing services on time. Attentive staff with expertise in individual and business tax filing. Most important knowledgeable staff will do work within given time.

It has been 4 years since I am filling my taxes with Best Tax Filer. The team is always very supportive and knowledgeable. They helped in filling out my tax returns, and also they resolved my Tax notice which I filed with other filers. I like their follow-up till filling.

I have been filling with BTF from last 4 years. 2021 filing got rejected due to ID theft. I still stuck with 2021 filling by doing paper filling and then filling again by visiting IRS office. Going through a lot just because of these guys. I haven't shared my data with anyone else other than this BTF guys. They are the one who sold data and reason for all culprits. Couple of fraud transactions also happened in my checking account. All four of my friends filling with BTF are in same situation with ID theft. Beware of these guys!

I and my friend applied for tax returns through Best tax filer. Both our SSN numbers, and personal and financial details were leaked/sold to scammers. Now all my bank accounts and Tax returns are in a big mess. They opened share trading accounts under my name and tried to steal money from my real accounts. Somebody tried applying for Tax returns without my knowledge. Avoid them at all costs.

Pathetic people running this company, they sold my ssn and data and my trading account got emptied and fake accounts created under my name. Working with attorney team currently to file law suit and identity theft case against this $#*! company. They are irresponsible and unknowledgeable people.
Dont give them any details of you bank account or ssn. They are running a scam operation in India. I will make sure this company gets shut down for good.

This company collected my financial account details and has misused my information.
This was the only website where me and my friend submitted some information for initial tax filing. Both our SSNs have been leaked, transfers were initiated and new bank accounts have created in our names. PLEASE BEWARE all the data you give to them consider that COMPROMISED

Have been victim of the id theft. Looks like some employee have the access to your data and use it and sell the data. My trading account got emptied. Only trust us base companies for your filing.

BestTaxFiler service is not up to expectation. The response provided are so bad. Never think in customer perspective and different number of people will approach you instead of one person. Also had argument with one of supervisor over discounts. They should train there employees to provide better service.

Please don't waste your time and money. I could not reach out to anyone and did not receive any response after I paid the money. There are better tax-filing companies available for better rates.

Been filing taxes with BTF since 5 yrs and was never great feeling until I have just a Federal W2 for which they charge basic which is expensive, no other services will be proved as claimed basically nothing free as claimed. Literally nothing. Very expensive for amendments, not proper information will be proved on what they are charging for. Worst thing is they start following up so badly for first day of the year annoying you with multiple calls in single day and when you reach out for any information or assistance the response will be so unprofessional. Recommend not to file with these guys.

These guys do not know anything. The only thing they know is to keep calling and following up till you pay. They do not know how to handle basic stuff. Answers to every question are vague and end with "pay now we will figure it out later". Obviously, nothing gets figured out ever.

They will keep calling you many times a day to get your interest and once they get the money from you for tax filing, they will simply disappear and not do the next steps as promised. Highly recommend to stay away from these tax filers.
