I ordered a beautiful photo blanket through the site 2 years ago so was excited to receive another. Unfortunately they changed production companies ( from US to Germany) and the product I received was terrible quality. Don't waste your money.
Like a lot of Canadians they tricked me. I thought I was ordering locally and it's coming from Utah. I ordered 3 weeks ago and there's no shipping updates at all. I am pretty sure this company is a scam...do not buy from them! Go to a local store.
I have used Best Canvass several times because they do quality work. In the past the shipping time and lack of tracking information was less than ideal. This time it came very quickly and I could track it from US across the border and through Canada to my post office. I am so pleased they have dealt with the shipping glitch. I highly recommend them now!
Received the product earlier than estimated. Quality was very good. Packaging was also good; the print was anchored inside the shipping box in such a way that it wouldn't slide around but without lots of extra wasteful packing material. Overall happy with the product and shopping experience.
Like many have mentioned, this is NOT a Canadian company. The product is shipped from US. It took about 3 weeks for it to be delivered. I guess I am luckier than others who waited for much longer. Product is cheap looking and not worth the money. I stuck them to the wall using the sticking magnets provided by them and they lasted less than an hour before they started dropping.
Do NOT order from here. I purchased a nice canvas for my mom for Christmas, never received it. I asked the company for a refund and they said that it was over 30 days since I purchased it, so they cannot give me a refund. How was I supposed to know that they would take more than 30 days to deliver it? They will scam you for your money. I spent over $50 for nothing.

Would and have recommended this company for their pictures. I ordered two more just yesterday. Quick delivery of completely gorgeous pictures. Tried both acrylic and canvas, medium and large size pics. Pleased with all. Thankyou, they ARE the BEST.
Ordered from their website where they guaranteed delivery before Christmas. It's not coming in until after New Years. They won't reply promptly to my messages, and all their target milestones are not hitting their guaranteed dates. I won't be seeing my family after Christmas for some time and if you want to sink your money into something you or your loved ones won't enjoy, this is the place.
Think about starting a dispute process through my credit card company. To think I was going to order hundreds of dollars from this site and stopped short. Someone must-have been looking over my shoulder.
BestCanvas produced two excellent canvases for me with beautiful colour and clarity. I chose the extra thick border and they are so sturdy. Ordering on line is so easy. I would definitely order from them again. The delivery was just as promised and the pictures were extremely well packaged. I highly recommend this company.
I read some negative reviews which made me uncomfortable, but I went ahead and was totally happy with my first overall experience. They kept you in the loop with the order, production, shipping etc. Very clear and smooth process. Will be ordering for Christmas gifts now that I had a positive experience. Thank you
