Powerbeats2 wireless
March 27, 2017

On to my fourth pair in two years. Good news is they were all replaced on warranty. The bad news is they all failed in exactly the same way. I use them at the gym and when bike riding, so I sweat a bit (maybe that affects them). The controls crap out (and will not reset) and then the cover falls off. If they would fix this flaw then I'd be happy with them but until then I suggest you find something else.

I get it. People don't review when they're satisfied with the product. They only do it when they're unsatisfied. I'm with you and I haven't reviewed a product in years. DO NOT BUY BEATS. I'm embarrassed that I spent money on these. The battery life is absolute GARBAGE. I'm lucky if I get two hours out of them before I have to recharge. I tried to return them but they refused to refund. On top of that the audio quality is not worth your penny. Avoid these at any cost and put your money into a different brand that actually follows through on what's advertised.

I just got my beats studio 3 headphones and they sound amazing! The noise cancellation works to perfection, when I'm on the train or walking around the city I can't hear nothing but the music. The sound is the best I've ever heard from any headphones I've had in the past. The bass is tight yet deep and the highs are clear and crisp. The battery life is long, I usually charge it only once a week. If you're and audiophile like me, you will be so glad to be an owner of these tremendous beats headphones.

Apple told me it was likely my device causing the issue, then I told them they also made the device and they clammed up. I get random interference sounds which are loud and bad. Spent hours with support, sent product back in (Beats Fit Pro) and they returned it saying it's fine. It's not fine. I'm done with Apple, this is nonsense. $200 for a pair of earbuds that doesn't work and hurts my ears with loud sounds is not cool. Their BS support is basically gaslighting, telling me it's my fault.

This is the apple site
December 31, 2017

I have ordered via the site to pick up in my store. I dont want my apple mailed to me unless it is absolutely necessary. The customer service is very good if combined with corporate. This is why I pay more for Apple products- the support outshines microsoft like the like of the sun if you were standing on it.

Powerbeats 3
September 7, 2020

I purchased the beats 3 years ago and I have gone through 7 pairs of headphones in that time. Absolutely the worst headphones I have ever purchased in my life in the only reason I had 7 was because I was getting them repaired and the sent back to my house for free. I got tired of the poor Quality and purchased a pair of headphones that cost $20 and haven't had one Issue.

Quite good but..
April 5, 2017

The Beats headphones are quite good however they got some cons. The reliability seems not very good to me, atleast none of their headphones I used lasted long enough. And the second point is their pricing - the headphones cost a lot while there are some other ones of a good quality on the market.

Poor
October 2, 2021

I've had these headphones 5-6 years now and I can't even say anything positive about them. They never charge the audio won't come through. This is the worst product I can ever own.

The materials felt absurdly cheap for the price. The logo and accents on the headphones were faded and uneven in certain places. Does not look nearly as nice as the pictures on the website. Overall, it looks like it was made in a third world sweatshop. Don't even get me started on the sound quality, or rather, lack thereof! Absolutely terrible! Mostly treble, very little bass, mids are totally lost. The bluetooth function is very spotty, I ended up trying out different aux cables. I tried my highest quality aux cable and the sound still sucked. These headphones are not designed for music lovers. I am WAY happier with OneOdio Over Ear headphones. They're only $30 dollars (a fraction of the cost of Beats by Dre) and they are way better quality for the price. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CHEAP PIECE OF CRAP HEADPHONES

These headphones are total garbage. They have bad sound quality and the price is a rip-off. I can literally go to Dollar General and get better sound quality headphones for at least $100 less. BOOOOOO.
