Really happy with the products and prices. Easy to use website. Deliveries received within 2 weeks, which is great. Updates regarding tracking order received regularly. Have bulk ordered 5 times now (1 recently so still pending) and have never had an issue, so cannot comment on customer service aftercare, but the fact I have not had to use this service speaks volumes.
Prompt shipping, huge selection, and great prices - this is the ultimate in bead shopping. I've never seen a site with as much variety as I have here. It's definitely worth checking out - and no minimum order requirements!
BeadPark has an enormous variety of stock bound to tickle anyone's fancy. I have received 1 order(very well packaged and delivered fast) and already placed 2 new ones. The pictures are true to what you will receive and huge order packing doesn't take longer than a week, small order of about 50 different items took them 5 hours to pack - incredible. My only wish is that the pictures would load a bit faster while I'm browsing so I could go through number and number of pages of stock quicker, its hard to decide when you don't know what exactly you're getting - its all so stunning.
Products are accurately described and as pictured. Fast shipment, smooth transaction, very good customer service, I purchased first time from here and it exceeded my expectations, I will purchase again for sure.

I have been ordering from Beadpark since July 2019 and am quite happy with the quality of the items I purchased. 99.8% of them are usable and make beautiful jewelry. There are articles of inferior quality from time to time, but they are rare and forgivable in view of the quantities and price. Packaging and logistics are beyond reproach. I have had no issues with customer service.
I ordered a roll of 50m of chain that arrived broken and all ground. It took to me more than 4 hours
To untie everything. The company only gives me 2.66 compensationfor the wrong packaging that cause this whole problem. 2.66 for more 4hours...
Worst customer service experience. They are not helpful in any way with returns, exchanges, tracking orders. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It's not worth the risk or the headache.
Bead Park is truly a one stop shop for everything jewellery. They have an endless selection at unbeatable prices. Their customer service is dedicated, prompt and courteous. A pleasure to deal with.
I LOVE ordering from Beadpark because they have EVERYTHING! The service is amazing and super-fast. It's the perfect one-stop-shop, but I'm so dissapointed, I ordered some cabochon clear glass and the majority are so scratched up I can't use them.
