Placed an Order for a replacement battery for my laptop. Money was taken out of my account straight away then l received an email about setting up an online login into my account. Set up online account but it does not show my order, no receipt invoice nothing. 4 days passed with no order update or tracking number to check... not even a single email update. There is no phone contact in NZ. I emailed then and received a BOT email reply telling me to refer to the first email which was online account setup... going around in circles & $80 down the drain. Please people don't get caught in this scam. I should've just gone down to PB tech or Harvey Norman!
Just received a battery charger 'Video/Digital Camera Travel Charger', ordered and paid for in New Zealand. Unfortunately the mains cable provided has a European plug which cannot be used in New Zealand. Not Very happy at all. Please check where you are dispatching good to and include correct components. 1/2 a Star if possible

An utter scam: Contrary to the website's implication this company are based in The Netherlands NOT New Zealand which perhaps explains why the promised 7-10 day delivery turned into 5 weeks! The battery when it finally arrived the battery didn't work and to obtain replacement or refund they insist that the original be returned (to the Netherlands) first; that's perhaps not unusual, but in this instance, we then discovered that it is illegal as an individual to ship a lithium/li-ion battery. So Battery Upgrade can and in our case did, ship any piece of junk, confident that you can't return it and they get to pocket the money; $90 down the drain.
Website good, everything else was crap. Bottom line is i got battery that had to be forced in and worst of all wouldn't work. After contacting them i just got bull$#*!!
