I did the 7 day for $7 and had no idea they would continue the subscription so they charged me $29.97 and I'm done with my semester, emailed them for a refund because I won't be using it anymore. And they refused.

I tried using the service to learn how to do a math problem. The step-by-step method of explaining is made it impossible to understand how the solution was derived. I found an understandable solution for free on the internet. I never used it again, and I forgot about it since it was a free trial. I didn't remember to cancel until the bill showed up on my credit card. That same day, I cancelled and requested a refund. I was told Nope! You are stuck with using our crappy service for another month even though you cancelled on the 1st. No warning about the renewal either. Not even a partial refund. I will never use this service again and will spread the word for people not to waste their money.

Used the service for a day, didnt like it. Forgot about it and then iran out of monwy to pay for it. While im trying to get my stuff straightened they charge my account as soon as i get any funds. Refuse to give me refund even though theres no reason to keep it

They charge your credit card indefinitely. No customer service to talk to. They ignore you when you try to communicate and you never get a refund
