Cozy Robes for the family

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the prompt delivery of our cozy Peacock Alley robes with initials. During quarantine, we were all stuck together (my mom too) and I thought it would be fun to rush 5 robes in time for the weekend. Not only did Katherine help me choose sizes but they arrived within 2 days with a gift message to bat.
It is the little things during covid that mean a lot. May need more when my college student comes home...

Baby box.com had the most adorable designer baby furniture we had ever seen. They have both betting and furniture to help make your nursery a dream. What we were looking for was round baby bedding sheets this is one of the only places that have it.

Placed an order in October and received a confirmation of order placed and that it was "processing." After receiving nothing else and while still awaiting the order (5 weeks later), I attempted to (1) contact Customer Service via email following instructions on website. No response received; and (2) call the Customer Service number on website and it rang, then went into a voice mail that stated "mail box full" so I was unable to leave a message (I attempted to call several times and the mail box continued to be full). I pressed various numbers and finally got into someone's mailbox, and left a detailed message and I STILL have not heard from anyone! So basically, I am still awaiting the order I placed and it is virtually impossible to reach anyone via email or phone! I've never encountered an issue like this with a "business." Wondering even if they are still "in business." They certainly shouldn't be!

Non-existent customer service. When the owner did finally decide to respond to my multiple emails and phone calls regarding an order placed almost 2 months ago (website stated the item "usually ships in 2-3 weeks") she gave me misinformation and completely ignored all of grievances regarding the lack of communication and customer service. When you have to start questioning whether or not you are dealing with a legitimate business while waiting months for the gift you ordered- it's probably best to SIMPLY AVOID this company at all costs!
Apparently, it's "Caveat emptor"!

Thank you BabyBox.com for my annual holiday sweaters - these are my favorites! Another year keeping the tradition going. New colors this year. Ordered six this year since we have a new addition. Tiny 6 to 9 month too Best quality and the colors you can choose from make them customized for even the pickiest kids. Best part is my kids all wear them even after the shoot.
